i was originally very awake, browsing through and applying for jobs in australia. and then jon sent me his finance research proposal. it's 5 pages long. i'm only at the second page and already i've yawned more than 10 times in the past minute.
by the time i get to page 3 i think i would have gone into comatose.
why is finance so boring?????

Hui:
raaaaa. am at mei's house at this hour. went alex's house for bbq earlier. it was really fun! took lots of pics (of eny) as well. forgot to bring my keys.. and since its onli around 1 hour when my grandparents would wake up, have decided to "seek refuge" at mei's house :P
mei's tired and no one's around to entertain me, hence e blogging. haha. maybe i should take some pics of her when she's asleep :P

was over at adel's place on sunday to discuss her sis's photoshoot. since i had the foresight to bring my camera along, we played around with a few shots. incorporate a dog (especially a not very active one which we had to bribe like crazy with biscuit treats) into the picture and it made things a whole lot more interesting.
the highlight of my day was when adel asked whether i wanted to capture dash (her dog) getting excited. yelling at me to get my camera ready, she banished the leash and the outdoor bag with a flourish. dash gave the most disinterested look i've ever seen a dog give, staying put and turning his head away. it was absolutely hilarious. i laughed so much i had to sit down.

i am bored. and hence, i'm itching to go on a photography rammage. i have all these images swirling around in my head (courtesy of thinking up ideas for adel's sis's pre-wedding shots) and i am absolutely dying to hit the library to get a few wedding photography books for added ideas and to do some reading up before the actual shoot.
not to mention my fingers are itching to try out my new toy, aka a very early birthday present from jon. =) the D700! but that will have to wait till the weekend. though there's a major part of me that's terrified i won't know how to operate something so professional! (augus!! help! i need a technical lesson here!)
