Maya Forstater, 51, the head of the charity Sex Matters, has revealed Scotland Yard has been investigating her for the crime of malicious communications since August 2023.

The alleged crime, which carries a punishment of up to two years in prison, relates to a post Ms Forstater wrote on X/Twitter about trans former GP, Dr Kamilla Kamaruddin.

Dr Kamaruddin said that after transitioning, patients allowed her to perform 'more intimate examinations that they did not let me to do when I was a male GP'. Ms Forstater tweeted in June last year that Dr Kamaruddin 'enjoys intimately examining female patients without their consent'.

Perfectly reasonable inference to draw from his actions. If he disagrees, it's up to him to sue for libel. In a civil court. It's absolutely no case for the police to bother with. 

But she claims that while on holiday, she was sent an e-mail from the Met Police which said she would be arrested unless she voluntarily attend a police interview.

'And obviously I didn't want to be arrested so I went. So I had to get a solicitor and went into the police station to be questioned, and it was only then that they told me what the tweet that was supposed to be a crime was.

'I sort of thought that this must be mistake. It was like half a tweet. It didn't tag anybody. It was attached to a blog post that explained why I'd said it.

'It was not a threat to anybody, it was not obscene, it was based on facts and quite disturbing fact that a doctor who is male was boasting about examining women who wanted a female doctor, and who were told they were getting a female doctor.

'Most people want a woman, and if you ask for a woman you should get a woman.'

Well, quite! If there's any sort of crime committed here, it's surely false representation and sexual assault by the doctor, but since the police have been entirely captured by this ridiculous cult, we'll wait in vain for them to do anything about it...

But she has still not heard the outcome of the investigation ten months after first being contacted by the force. But she told MailOnline: 'I don't think I targeted a member of the trans community. I think I talked about a male doctor who was doing something inappropriate.

Ms Forstater, who has not ruled out legal action against the force, said that she was told she was being questioned for 'targeting a member of the trans community'.

'If you can't call that out, then what you're doing is you're making a section of society unable to be criticised and unable to be scrutinised... even when they're in a position of asking a woman to take her underpants off and be examined.

'It's a situation where the utmost respect should have been given to the patients, not to the identity of the of the trans identifying doctor.

'And if you can't call that out without the police saying you're targeting a vulnerable community and then calling you in and basically acting like a private police force then bad things will happen.

'People will not respect the privacy and dignity, and the consent of women.'

Well, the police certainly don't, as they've proved time and again...

Their defiance came in response to a query on an internet teaching forum asking what they thought about 'the Government proposing guidance for schools to potentially outing trans kids/kids questioning their identity/gender norms, to their parents.' One wrote: 'I'm a gay teacher and I'd refuse to do this if a child came to me in confidence.'

There's no reason, ever, for someone who is gay to be supporting the 'transgender' cult.  

A second teacher said: 'It would be putting their lives at risk in certain families, and I will never do it. It isn't my business if a kid is questioning their gender or sexuality, I'm not going to ask them, and if they tell me something I'm going to keep it private and quietly support them as they work it out.'

So, there are 'certain families' who would murder a child who questioned their sexuality, and of course, you won't say what those families actually are, will you? 

One, who teaches in a majority Muslim area, insisted: 'I would rather be fired than ever out a single student. Arrest me. Do it.'

Yet I'm sure you never refer to it as anything other than 'the religion of peace', eh?

A female boxer withdrew from a Canadian tournament after being told her rival is transgender, citing safety fears.

Dr. Katia Bissonnette, from Saguenay, claims she was given just an hour's notice she was being matched with transgender fighter Mya Walmsley last month. The two had been due to face off in the 2023 Provincial Golden Glove Championship in Victoriaville, Quebec.

It's the only way this nonsense will ever be defeated. 

She did have the advantage, of course, in being able to cite a genuine H&S concern:

Needham, commenting on her club's Facebook site, revealed that her side has 'faced challenges from teams unwilling to play against us while I am on the field.'

Needham had received full backing from her club, with the ladies' team secretary posting the message 'in unity we defeat discrimination', as well as its fans.

It's not discrimination, it's health and safety! 

The trans player has only played two matches this season – both in October – after apparently being given clearance by the FA. In the first game the opponent's manager, who has asked not to be named, realised five minutes into the game that she was transgender.

It took 5 minutes? I thought it was traditionally the referee who was supposed to have eyesight problems!

Fiona McAnena at Fair Play For Women said: 'Footballers are separated by sex for very good reasons.

'If you put one male on the pitch they are faster, they are stronger. It is patently unfair and in a contact sport like football it's unsafe.

'These women didn't choose mixed football, they chose women's football. It's not because this player is trans, it is because they are male.'

And they will stay male, no matter what surgery they undergo or what a piece of paper declares them to be... 

Not As Ridiculous As Calling Him ‘She’…

'Isn't it ridiculous,' asks a caption beside Steph Richards's photo on the charity's handouts, 'that I've got to my 40s before any medical professionals even mentioned endometriosis?'

At this point, I should point out that Steph isn't actually in her 40s: she's 71. And if no one discussed endometriosis with her when she was younger, the most likely explanation is that she's a trans woman and doesn't have a womb.

Then why are you going along with this utter nonsense and calling him 'she' and 'her'? 

Because we're talking about medical conditions that can be life-changing, sometimes with fatal consequences, I think it's important to use clear language. Steph Richards is not biologically female. However, I'm going to use her preferred pronouns and refer to her as she, since I fervently believe everyone has a right to live any way they choose - provided that it's not at the expense of other vulnerable groups.

If we continue this fiction out of politeness, we deserve all we get. We'll just get more fiction. We can argue, as Tim does, that we don't require a head of a charity to be the thing that the charity campaigns for, but that's rather missing the point. 

Why would this man be hired? Because he's a great fundraiser? Maybe. But if not, then he's a token, a sticker that says 'Look, we support trans rights!'. And anyone with any self respect wouldn't want to be in that position, surely?

Transgender pupils are to be banned from competing in PE lessons against pupils of the opposite biological sex, new government plans advise. The guidance, which is expected to be released within the next few weeks and will apply to all state and independent single-sex schools in England, aims to protect girls' safety and ensure fair competition in sport.

It's about time. And don't waste time and money on lawyers, either: 

The rule will not be in breach of the Equality Act because there are exemptions for competitive sport and schools are allowed to provide same-sex services if 'objectively justifiable'.

Of course, that will no doubt fall on deaf ears... 

The move came after school leaders and governors met with lawyers amid fears about discrimination claims from parents of transgender pupils if they refused to accommodate them.

Parents of transgender pupils are like owners of vegan cats. We all know this.

Thankfully, the jury didn't swallow any of this. But now this male rapist is being held in a woman's prison while a risk assessment is carried out. 

Tory MP Miriam Cates told MailOnline: 'It is almost impossible to believe
that in a civilised society a man convicted of raping two women can be remanded in a women's prison.'

The office of Republican Texas attorney general Ken Paxton this summer sought data on how many people had changed the gender information on their driver’s licenses, according to a newspaper report published on Wednesday that civil rights attorneys described as worrying.

A DPS spokesperson told the Post that no data was ultimately handed over because it could not be accurately produced.

The DPS found over 16,000 gender changes over the past two years, but officials said a manual search would have been required to determine the reason for each one.

...it's worrying that government officials cannot produce accurate figures when it's presumably what they are paid to do. That's what you meant, right?

Brian Klosterboer, an attorney at the ACLU of Texas, said this request of information was “highly unusual“ and a violation of privacy.

“We suspect that this kind of data inquiry is an attempt to create information to further restrict and curtail the rights of transgender people living in Texas,” Klosterboer told the Associated Press.

As a famous fictional attorney once said, it doesn't matter what you think. What matters is what you can prove... 

They Need To Be Reminded Who They Serve...

Labour MP Rosie Duffield has slammed the British Transport Police (BTP) after they tweeted an appeal to identify a suspected flasher, referring to the suspect as 'them' rather than stating their gender.

Because if someone flashes you, their sex is immediate and obvious. So what does it matter what gender they claim to be? 

The BTP repeatedly refused to disclose to MailOnline whether a suspected flasher dressed in a wig and skirt exposed male or female genitals to two teenage girls on a train.

MailOnline subsequently requested further information several times throughout today to confirm further details regarding the incident - including whether the suspect was is a man or woman and whether they exposed male or female genitals.

But BTP's press office rebuffed the queries, instead insisting that it 'did not need further descriptions' after issuing the appeal.

Unlike other photos, this one was crystal clear. But it would still help to know which particular flavour of pervert they were looking for... 

British Transport Police said: 'At this stage of the investigation, our priority is to speak to the individual. It is not necessary for us to add any further descriptors - we just want to identify the individual in the picture and would encourage anyone with information to assist with this.

'We are committed to tackling violence against women and girls across the rail and underground network.'

That's going to be pretty difficult for you, since you seem unable to tell what women and girls are... 

A Worrying Time For Parents...

The 59-year-old teacher told The Mail on Sunday he was concerned that the ‘out-of-the-blue’ request amounted to social transition, which could put the teen on a pathway to irreversible medical treatments.

‘I wanted at least to make sure that my student had parental support and was making an informed decision,’ he said. ‘As a parent myself, I would have been furious if my child had taken this step and I hadn’t been told anything.’

Because the school isn't named, and now every parent in Swindon will be wondering if this is their daughter. 

Mr Lister said he was ‘gobsmacked’ when he approached the safeguarding officers and was told the parents would not be informed about the student’s wish to identify as male in the classroom.

The school’s guide to supporting transitioning students states that staff should ‘maintain confidentiality and only tell others about the person’s trans status with their permission’.

Has anyone ever read anything to utterly bonkers? What, exactly, do they think they are 'safeguarding'? 

Last month the then Attorney General, Suella Braverman, said the law was clear that under-18s could not legally change their gender, meaning schools were under no legal obligation to address children by a new pronoun.

Mr Kruger, MP for Devizes, Wiltshire, said: ‘I am very concerned that a school agreed to affirm a child’s transgender identity without parental consent.’

A spokesman for the school said: ‘We are unable to comment.’

While The Times describes as a so-called “trans-woman”, the ex-member of the leftist Scottish National Party reportedly does not possess a gender recognition certificate denoting that they are not a man.

The publication also notes that feminist campaigners have complained that there is an issue of rape crisis centres across the UK hiring “transgender” people without such certificates denoting a legal gender change.

Because apparently that would make all the difference. Is the world going utterly nuts, or am I?

She's Right. They Aren't.

A male-dominated panel of councillors found Lisa Townsend had not been ‘dignified or respectful’ to trans people when she supported the best-selling author’s view that biologically male rapists were not female.

Reality doesn't care about 'respect' or 'dignity' - reality simply is... 

And it's not simply 'her view', it's the view of the vast majority of the public she was elected to serve. 

They said the Surrey PCC had broken the code of conduct for her office and demanded she explain herself to the three men who had reported her over the tweet – one of whom is local Conservative MP Crispin Blunt.

Shouldn't be difficult - just show them this:

Mr Blunt, who said in his complaint that her ‘messaging propagates dangerous myths’, declined to comment yesterday.

Because he knows he's in the wrong here, and he just doesn't care.  

Now Do 'Muslim Converts'...

Campaigners have called into question the Scottish Prison Service's (SPS) policy of allowing male prisoners to "self-id" as women in order to be put into a female-only prison.

Their concern has come after new research suggested that men who changed their gender to female in jail are switching back to their birth gender after release.

...who nip into Greggs for a bacon butty the instant the jail doors open on release.

A study, published in the British Journal of Criminology, also revealed that some of these prisoners may only have identified as women in order to have sex with female inmates.

Predators gonna predate. Seriously, did no-one see this coming? 

The SPS said it has no plans to make use of the new research. It has undertaken its own consultation exercise into how it fits trans prisoners into its estate and expects a report by the summer.

When they've managed to figure out how they can somehow prove the other team wrong. The safety of female prisoners? It's not even a factor for concern for them, is it?
