Tree Hunting 2023

The day after Thanksgiving we headed to the mountains to find our Christmas tree.  Berklee & Sinjun spent the night at our place so they didn't have to drive an hour to our house.  We usually go to the Heber/Kamas area to get our tree. This year the permits sold out in 15 minutes.  So we decided to try Logan canyon for a tree.  Logan canyon didn't have many places to tree hunt and the ones they had were super steep & hilly. Which made it super slippery in the snow. We had a hard time finding trees that were small enough.  We lucked out and found two that worked.  It was super cold so a couple of people complained.  haha

 I love making memories with my family!

This was the only picture I snapped of our wonderful day.  We started the morning talking with our sweet missionary, Brightyn Anne and then I headed to the gym for a fun dance class. I then rushed home to get ready so we could watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade followed by the dog show.  

Dinner was at our house.  I had Grammy bring the stuffing, cuz hers is THE BEST!!  And Berklee brought a salad and dessert.  Dinner was delicious.  It was fun to have everyone this year.  We had a fun time playing games afterwards. 

We were able to talk to Brightyn throughout the day so it made it even more of an amazing of a day!
