Disturbing Times

Hello Everybody, Frank here.

I haven't had much to say lately, because I am sure you are watching the news media and the small folks like us that put opinions out occasionally. As you are well aware, we are under attack. This is not just some random kids running around pulling stunts, this is an organized, structured, well planned attack by a group that is out to overthrow our government. They are succeeding.

I don't have a solution for this problem, and I haven't read or seen anybody with a solution. The people orchestrating these events are not going to be satisfied and back off. These folks are playing to win by any means necessary. Let me say that again. These organized, structured combatants are trying to overthrow the government of the United States by any means necessary. They are succeeding.

Do you have a solution for this? I sure don't see one. Yes, I know we can all hold hands and pray, which is good. Or we can take action. Like what? We're not going to do that. I'm not going to go into all the things they are doing. I'm sure you see them on TV and read them on the internet. Ladies and Gentlemen, we are losing. They are winning. You know what that means? Everything that you have becomes theirs. Everything.

Let's see. No police. Do I need to say more?

Our country will soon look like Somalia, that's where this is heading. We have governors that are supporting these things. We have senior politicians that do also. You've heard it here before, we are in serious trouble.

Ok, so who is we? I am an older, white male, heterosexual, republican, married to a woman, veteran, Christian, taxpayer, property owner, and several other little titles. Everything just mentioned about me is a threat to them. Now we, obviously you are not all males, so therefore, we is a varied group, but I think you get my drift.

We are losing. They are going to continue to attack and attack and attack. Why wouldn't they? They have the momentum. They would be stupid not to continue.

Fern and I have been talking here for a few years. There is nothing new to say. If you have space for a garden, I hope you have one. You should have been stocked up on beans, bullets and band-aids a long time ago. We are now seeing shortages. In my humble opinion, if you are not ready and you are not prepared, it is too late. Try to buy bulk wheat lately? Try to buy bulk bullets lately? They're not available as are many items not available. Want to go joy ride through a big town somewhere? I'm not. The talk is the economy is doing great. It's not. Are you up with the term repo in relation to the Federal Reserve?

By the way, as a side note here. This is happening world wide. Where I live in southeastern Oklahoma there are people buying large tracts of land with houses site unseen. These are not local folks, they are from Virginia, interior Texas, California. Imagine. Buying 100 acres of land on a U.S. highway with a house and outbuildings, but you've never seen it. Recreational vehicles are experiencing the highest sales in history. This is during a lock down.

Does somebody have to spell this out for all of us?

Here is a link to a letter I'd like for you to read. This man is a high ranking Roman Catholic official, lives at the Vatican and he wrote a letter to President Trump. If you've got the time, take a look at it, it's current.

Moving on. It sickens me to watch what is happening. This is not a game. It's not a joke. These people are dead serious. They are not going to quit. Why would they?

I don't have a solution. What I am doing is hiding. A lot of people would say that's cowardly. Well, so be it. I walked on foreign soil and have been shot at. There are times when you keep your head down and your mouth shut.

This thing is going to get way out of hand real soon. They will never allow President Trump to be reelected. Just look around. Prominent Republicans are announcing that they cannot and will not support Donald Trump. If there is an election in November, we all need to vote. I hope we make it to November.

I would highly recommend that you leave large cities, and for that matter, medium sized cities. Prepare yourself mentally to do the unthinkable. We have written for years that the storm clouds are coming, they are near. Well, they're here. Remember, we have been betrayed at the highest levels.

I've always avoided the subject of guns. Several years back I wrote an article about guns used around the farm. You need to prepare to defend yourself. You need to avoid crowds at all costs. I borrowed those words of wisdom from Ol' Remus.

Our 1st Amendment is blatantly being attacked. Our news media is for the most part a lie and corrupt. Most of our senior politicians are also corrupt. This thing is not going to end well for anyone. Wrap your head around it.

Only God knows what the future holds.

I've got one more little clip we received in an email that I want to share with you. You can find it down below. It's intended to be funny, but it's not. It's a story about a man ordering a pizza. Remember, anything you order with a credit card, there is a record. If you have it shipped with UPS, let's say, they have a record of it. If you buy it from a major store, they have a record of it. They have had this information for years now, don't kid yourself.

It's hot here in southeastern Oklahoma. It appears we're heading into our dry time which pretty soon will mean grass and forest fires. If my predictions are correct, it's going to be a very, very HOT summer.

Fern and I wish you all the best.

We'll talk more later,  Frank

Is this Gordon's Pizza?
GOOGLE:
No sir, it's Google Pizza.
CALLER:
I must have dialed the wrong number Sorry.

No sir, Google bought Gordon’s Pizza last month.
CALLER:
OK. I would like to order a pizza.
GOOGLE:
Do you want your usual, sir?
CALLER:
My usual? You know me?
GOOGLE:
According to our caller ID data sheet, the last 12 times you called you ordered an extra-large pizza
with three kinds of cheese, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and meatballs on a thick crust.
CALLER:
OK! That’s what I want ...
GOOGLE:
May I suggest that this time you order a pizza with ricotta, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes and olives
on a whole wheat gluten-free thin crust?
CALLER:
What? I detest vegetables!
GOOGLE:
Your cholesterol is not good, sir.

How the hell do you know!

Okay, but I do not want your rotten vegetable pizza! I already take medication for my cholesterol.

CALLER:
I bought more from another drugstore.

That doesn’t show on your credit card statement.

I paid in cash.

I'm sorry, sir, we use such information only with the sole intention of helping you.
CALLER:
Enough already! I'm sick to death of Google, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and all the others.
I'm going to an island without an Internet, or cable TV,
where there is no cell phone service and no one to watch me or spy on me.
GOOGLE:
I understand sir, but Alexa says you need to renew your passport first. It expired 6 weeks ago..

No Crisis Here, Move Along - A Re-Post

Folks, the words I wrote about a year and a half ago are just as true today as they were then, only now, things have continued to get significantly worse. I can't even begin to recount the number of freedoms we have lost since this was written, or the growing resentment and anger that has festered to the boiling point all over the globe. We are a world in crisis, much of which has been brought on by design. We are about to see the culmination of many years of planning. For those that are taking control, it must be grand to finally succeed. The tyrants are on the lose and will stop at nothing to achieve each and every item on their agenda.

I hope you enjoy this article and it provides you with food for thought. Fern

Remember when it took six months for the United States to amass the needed troops and equipment for Desert Storm? And then the storm came?

We are in the midst of many different storms and we have been given this time to amass our own equipment. Why is it that we have seen fluctuating supplies and sometimes shortages of everything from wheat grinders, to shovels, to canning jars and lids, to freeze dried foods, to ammunition? Because The People, many mom and pops, uncles, aunts, cousins, sisters and brothers are gathering what they need to weather the storm. There are so many things happening around the globe, and especially in our own backyard, that are adding impetus and energy to the storm.

How many troublesome things have you run across lately? They appear to become more numerous each day. The message seems to be hunker down, be ready, it's coming. The harder we try to get things in order, the more obstacles arise in our way. But you know what? That's okay. It just makes us more determined and focused .....because we know it's storming all about us.

We talked to a medical doctor recently that told us he has a list of medications on his desk that he can no longer prescribe to Medicaid patients, I'm sure you know why. Digitalis is one of the most popular medications given for heart conditions and it is on his list. He is deeply offended for being put in a professional quandary. His hands are being tied when it comes to offering the best medical treatment for his patients. I can't help but wonder if this is one of the ways TPTB (the powers that be) are going to save money. Not only will they save money on prescriptions, they will decrease the number of people receiving Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security, by impacting some of the recipients ability to get the type of medical care that would have prolonged their life. I know that is a very harsh thing to say, but I think it is true. And I think it is part of the plan.

The people of Crimea that could see what was coming to their country, took their money out of the bank. Did you? Have you spent the time wondering how you will be able to 'buy' what you need when the money you have is worthless, or you can't get it out of the bank because the banks are closed, or they just won't let you have it? You say this can't happen? Look at the number of countries which are modern, industrial nations, where it has happened in just the last few years. The dollar becomes worth less and less with each passing day. The dollar in your pocket buys much less than it did just six short months ago. How much less will it buy in six more months? Do you know how to barter? Do you have anything that will be worth bartering? Do you have skills that are worthy of barter? Rush Limbaugh has said something like, if just 1% more of the people in our country became aware of what is happening, then the store shelves would be empty. Empty. Think about that. Just imagine what it would be like if 10% more people became aware and tried to stock up. There would be nothing left. There would be panic and chaos. But that's what we want, right? More people to be aware and prepare. I know I do. But do we have the resources for that to happen? No. So, how can we get more people to prepare? Teach them to produce more for themselves for their daily necessities, and stop being dependent on the corporate and government systems.

How many people have been affected by the weather and cold temperatures this winter? Millions. How many people have had to go without because of the drastic price increases and shortages of  heating oil and propane? What would we do if the supplies needed to stay warm were no longer available? That would be a major catastrophe. A crisis. But what do we hear? Nothing.
No crisis here. Just global warming. Ha! So we need to put more restrictions on the ability of people and companies to engage in good old fashioned commerce, you know, free enterprise, right? That will solve the crisis of global warming. Crisis, what crisis? Move along and drink the coolaid. You know, that is one thing I am not stocking up on. We don't drink it, too much sugar.

Can you see where the people in Egypt are better off than five years ago? And do you really think the people in Libya are better off than they were? Let's go down the list. How about the folks rioting or
protesting in Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Libya, Egypt, Algeria, Greece, Corsica, France and Spain? I'm not even going to mention central Africa. Don't think it can happen here? What about the rising tensions in Iran, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Israel? And don't forget about Christians being murdered all over the world.  You don't think it could happen in America as well? Then look at Chicago, Detroit and Atlanta. The United States military is removing God more and more everyday. I wonder when being a Christian will be some type of a crime in this country?

It seems that the 'weather men' that know the storm is here keep trying to placate The People with pleasant platitudes and the antics of the rich and famous, which include our illustrious bureaucrats. If that is not enough entertainment, then they fill the silver screen
with an overpowering, nauseating amount of filth, sex and mindless drivel. And to keep everyone's attention riveted, every so often a false flag distraction is thrown in for good measure. Crisis of the day in any flavor you like. Remember, don't ever let a good crisis go to waste.

The bottom line folks, is that the less you are dependent on any other person or system for your health, wealth and well being, the better off you are. Don't spend your time being distracted by the latest crisis or
non-crisis that is made to appear like another crisis. Don't buy into the, "Oh, No! The sky is falling!" crowd. If you do, when the time comes that the sky truly does fall, you will be left standing there with your hands out wondering when the truck will show up with your next meal and bottle of water. Don't ever get on the truck. It will be the last trip you ever make. Take the time to learn and decide for yourself. Don't take the media's word for anything, research, READ don't watch, learn and come to your own conclusions. Don't take my word for it either. Use your mind, heart and soul and pray for wisdom, knowledge and guidance.

I'm angry, I'm broken hearted and I'm determined. I'm tired of watching our world and our country go down the tubes. I cannot see living under the yoke of a tyrannical, socialist government that gets worse everyday. There IS a crisis here and we will not just move along, shuffling our feet to the beat of the wrong drummer. If you have not already done so, you need to open your eyes, truly look around you, and take the action necessary to provide for you and yours, because no one else will. If you think they will, you will have a long wait, and in the end, you will be sorely disappointed.

I pray God's blessings on each and every one of you.

Until next time - Fern

Are You Tired of Being Prepared?

Hello Everybody, Frank here.

Do you know what it's like to be prepared, on edge, not knowing what is coming next, all the time, for days on end? Is that what it's going to be like in the near future if some collapse scenario happens in our country and our world? Maybe the last week has been good practice, I don't know. But it has given us something to think about.

We have lost count of how many days in the last few weeks have brought rain and storms our way, and the last few days have been particularly taxing and tiring. Our rain gauge almost ran over on Saturday at 4.8", then yesterday and last night added another 2.6". While I was still up last night at 3:30am listening to yet another downpour, I looked out towards the garden to see several small rivers of water running rapidly across the ground. There are a number of plants out there that look a little worse for the wear, among many small clusters of oak leaves and twigs. We will have to wait a few days to see how many casualties the garden yields. Today we have light breezes, sunshine and 74* to enjoy all the day long. The songbirds are singing, and for the most part, the animals are resting. We're all tired.

Here are a few glimpses of the storms that have come our way recently. I didn't get clips of all of them, but when we started getting round after round of continuous weather, I began a collection of sorts. Most of them are from yesterday, in sequential order.

Saturday, 9th
Sunday morning, 10th
Sunday morning
Sunday after lunch
Sunday late afternoon

Sunday evening

There is still lots of runoff all over the place today, along with lots of standing water, but tomorrow we are forecast another beautiful day. That's good, because we still need to be able to work outside and get the pig pen ready for Friday's arrivals. But, guess what? Starting Wednesday, we have a chance of rain and thunderstorms everyday for the foreseeable future. We will have to see what Friday brings before we set off on a pig trek.

We are grateful that we didn't have any storm damage besides the loss of more topsoil from the garden. There are folks around that have had a much more difficult time of it than we. I know that everyone in this region is grateful for the respite from the storms. We are all tired.

We prepare everyday for the future. I guess that's what everybody does, isn't it? But I think the vast majority of folks don't give a whole lot of thought to any serious changes coming their way. I've read about the effects on soldiers that are constantly under the threat of attack. Yes, I served in the military, but I was never stationed anywhere that attack was a constant possibility. Being overseas, the military allowed certain leniency when it came to numbing the senses, and there was always a club open somewhere.

For the last four or five days here, it's been a constant preparation for severe weather, or the threat of severe weather. Many of you will remember the storms in Moore, Oklahoma a year or two back. Well, Moore had those same threats again, day after day after day. If you remember right, Moore was the place where a group of kids were killed during a storm in an elementary school. That's got to be devastating on those folks, to look at a radar screen and see a tornado warning coming directly at your area.

As mentioned earlier, we are tired. Worn out. Up till 3:00 and 4:00 each morning, waiting for our turn to have the storms come and pass. But, we never lost electricity right here, which means we could watch the National Weather Service on our computers, listen to the National Weather Service on the radio, and listen to the ham radio storm chasers do what they do. It's ironic how people get different thrills. Some folks like whacking a golf ball, others like knitting, and then there is that peculiar group, and I say peculiar with the highest respect, that enjoy chasing storms to help keep the public informed. Each to their own I guess.

Most of us know there is going to come a day when the electricity will either be off or intermittent. We won't be able to check that radar screen, or listen to the local talking head on the TV box. Most radio stations are going to be down anyway. I wonder how not having all of these features we take for granted is going to effect
our mental capabilities when they're gone? What's it doing to be like when there is no Doppler radar that measures different wind directions? What's it going to be like when you dial 911 and no one answers? And heaven forbid, what will happen when you want to order take out food delivered, and the phones don't work? What if it's dark? There is thunder and lightening all around you. Then during one of those bolts of lightening you see two human type figures standing in your yard. What cha gonna do? Phones don't work. There is nobody coming, because nobody knows except you. What are you going to do? Use your hands to make a 'T' for timeout like in a football game? You gonna sit down, put your face in your hands and cry? What are you going to do?

All of a sudden you hear someone kicking in your front door, about two seconds later, someone is kicking in your back door. You hear a loud boom and wood splinters fly through the air. What cha gonna do? Are you going to pretend like this is a TV show? You know, one of those reality type shows. Well, get prepared for a new dose of reality, because your life is going to change forever, and crying is not going to do you any good.

Folks, that scenario I just described, or one similar to it, happens everyday, multiple times around our world. Just because we live in an imaginary town called Pleasantville doesn't mean that the Big Bad Wolf ain't gonna come knocking at your door someday. So, what if a tornado was coming toward your house? Have you got a plan? Have you prepared? Or have you got your head stuck in the sand? What if that tornado is those two guys standing out in your yard? What are you going to do? We will never know what we are going to do until we are put in a dire situation. Some of the best trained firemen just can't do it. Some of the best trained soldiers, when push comes to shove, just can't do it. You need to practice. You need to have a plan. Then you need to practice some more.

We live in tornado alley. Like folks that live in hurricane country, earthquake, wildfire, blizzard or tsunami, or whatever flavor of disaster
you have in your neighborhood, we all know that one day we have the potential for that Wolf to be at our door. We should all know that sometimes that disaster is walking on two feet. So you're tired? You're tired of being prepared? You want a break? Well, think about something as small as this. Some people say dead bolts don't work. If it gives you two to three extra seconds of time, realistically think what you can do with two or three extra seconds of preparation. Long time, isn't it? Every step that you prepare gives you more time to implement your plan. Every second, every extra second that you have might be the difference between life and death for you and your family.

Am I tired? Yes. Am I exhausted? Yes. Are my doors locked? Yes. Do I know where my instruments of defense are situated? Yes. Does all this preparation mean that I am going to be able to do what is necessary?
We just won't know until that day comes. But do I have a storm cellar? You bet I do. Is it cleaned out of all the spider webs and all crawling things on a regular basis? Yes, it is. I've been in it multiple times, but only once have I been in it because I had to. We're all tired ladies and gentlemen. But don't give up. The Wolf will be at the door sooner than you think. Take advantage of the sunny days, but prepare for the dark, rainy ones, because you do not want to look out your window when the lightening is flashing and see two folks standing in your yard.

We'll talk more later, Frank
