Hey everyone, today is my DT day to post over SVG Cutting Files and I wanted to share a treat bag I made.

This cute little Wave Runner Girl is a NEW file from SVG Cutting Files that is being released tomorrow! The bag is also from SVG Cutting Files and is from the Fish Handled Bag file.
