Happy Thanksgiving!

I can't believe that it's almost Thanksgiving! It doesn't really seem like it's that time of year, maybe cause it's not really that cold here yet. Well, anyway, this week was a busy week, I had a booth at the festival of trees like I do every year with my candles and such. It went very well, but it was very tiring. I'm very happy to have that out of the way. So, now I get to deep clean the house and get a few more things done before the baby comes. I'm being induced Dec. 4th... so only ...um... 16 days, yay! Really I didn't have to think about it, I'm couting down!

Our Little Munchkin

So, we went to the specialist in Vegas again today. He said things are looking as great as they could. He said he is really happy with the way things are looking. Of course the baby still has a pelvic kidney, but the kidneys are very mildy dialated, if any....so hopefully there's no obstruction and hopefully he doesn't have the reflux, where the kidneys are holding on to too much fluid, he'll have tests done to check on those things when he is born... but things are looking good. His growth is also great considering that the umbilical cord is only a 2 vessel cord instead of a 3. He weighs 6 lbs 1 oz, so that is just about where he should be right now. So, we'll see how much more he gains in these next few weeks. Anyway, that's the update and here are the cool pictures of our little munchkin! I can't wait to see him in real life! Only about 27 days or so.... yippee!

Not too much longer :)

So, I went to my regular Doctor Appointment today and he said he is going to schedule me to deliver the first week in December...yay...unless I go before that of course :) So, I'm excited and I will be able to deliver here instead of St. George. So, I'm also excited about that! It will just be so much more convenient to be here in town, even though I do like St. George. Anyway, the baby seems to be doing good. I have to be monitored twice a week for a stress test on the baby, and now my regular visits will be once a week, and next friday we go back to the Specialist in Vegas. And hopefully that's our last appt down there, besides the pediatric urologist visits down there we will have to do once the baby is born. Anyway, lot's of doctor appt's. So, everything is good, we just have to basically wait until the baby is born and he'll have to have some tests done on him and his kidneys.....and we will go from there!
