Live your adventure | January | Stick It Down

I'm up on the Stick It Down Blog with my take on this month's sketch challenge. I'm on a mission to try and get some of my travel albums completed this year. Although with 2 trips likely in 2019 I'll have loads more to start scrapping with.

Fun times at the Dead Sea, Jordan.

Christmas Cuties | Stick It Down

I'm up on the Stick It Down blog with this new layout using this month's festive sketch.

I've gone for a more subtle approach to the wreath design on the sketch by using white on white. The wreath cut file is by Paige Evans.

Also I'm trying to use up some of last years Christmas stash.

I would love to see you join in with the sketch challenge.

Lovely | Stick It Down

I'm up on the Stick It Down blog today with this single page layout using their fab sketch this month. It really pushed me out of my comfort zone and I love the end result.

Thanks for visiting, you can also find me on Facebook (Terri Morris - Scrapbooker) and on Instagram (@terri_scraps).

#crazyboy | Stick It Down

This month's Single Page sketch layouts are u on the Stick It Down Challenge Blog

Boy did I find this month a challenge. The sketch was right up my street but they also collaborated with White with One and the one colour we could use was grey. I love colour so I found this really hard work, so much so that I put it off until the last minute.

However, saying that I really like the layout I have created. Totally outside my comfort zone but still my style.

Happy Days | Stick It Down DT

I'm up on the Stick It Down blog as the featured designer this month. I'm totally in love with this month's sketch by Laura Rumble.

I fussy cut some butterflies from an older Paige Evans patterned paper and colour matched them to the paint strips.

I've been loving doing some brush lettering for my titles and adding in some machine stitching.

Happy Scrapping!

Hello Food Festival | Stick It Down

Here is this month's layout based on the Stick It Down. I had a fab day out with my mum at the Sheffield Food Festival earlier in the year.

I'm desperately trying to use up some of my older stash and it feels so good to be able to use it with these awesome sketches from Stick It Down.

Happy Scrapping!

Adventure | Stick It Down DT

I'm fortunate enough to have been chosen to be on the Stick It Down Design team and here is my first layout using their fantastic sketches.

I backed this great Paige Evans cut file with papers from the 6x6 Crate Paper Here + There paper pad.

I was really pleased with how the photos fitted in to the letters of the cut file.

I'm loving getting my travel albums up to date. Each time I scrap my trips it takes me right back to the time I was there.

~ Stick It Down - May Sketch ~

Sorry for being a day late with my reveal folks but I have been away on holiday to Latvia for a few days and was completely wiped out last night. Off for a lovely spa day today with mum to recuperate after my other half made me walk for MILES!

So over on the Stick It Down Blog this month not only is there the usual monthly sketch challenges but in view of it being National Scrapbooking Day tomorrow they are having a giveaway. So to be in with a chance of winning some amazing goodies head over to the blog and join in this month!

This is my interpretation of this months single page sketch. I had allsorts of ideas jumping round my head for this layout but unfortunately life got the better of me and they didn't happen. The black and white photo of me and my other half was taken on an impromptu walk round our local park. I had been stuck in the house for 5 days with a virus and it was a beautifully sunny afternoon so after work we had a little stroll.

Now I'm going to be honest and say I didn't get the hype around the Pink Paislee Paige Evans 'Fancy Free' collection. But since getting it in my Like For Ever kit this month I'm completely in love with it. The colours are gorgeous and there are some super cute button embellishment which are to die for.

~ Stick It Down - April Sketch ~

Welcome to my interpretation for the April Stick It Down sketch blog challenge. To see the sketch I used head on over to the original post on the Stick It Down Blog.

I really struggled with this month's sketch as it was so simple so I had to use my imagination a little more to create a page I was happy with.

I have used the My Mind's Eye 'On trend 2' collection which was in this month's Like For Ever kit. I'm a convert to rub ons! These are the second packet of rub ons that I've had in the last few months and I've loved the effect they give on the background of a page.

This photo is similar to one already in my India album but I wanted to document the reason for stopping at there tea plantations and that we all used the opportunity to take plenty of snaps. I love how the pink and greens in this collection match the colours of outfit in the photo.

Thanks for reading & happy crafting!

~ Stick It Down - February Sketch ~

Happy Friday, here is my design team entry for this month's sketch challenge over on the Stick It Down Blog. I actually found this month's sketch really challenging to use but I'm really pleased with my finished page.

I dipped in to my mountain of stash and used up a few old stickers to embellish the layout along with a few new bits from my Like For Ever kit. I'm not usually one to use pastel colours but think they really work with the pink and white marshmallows on the hot chocolate. I am a sucker for a good hot chocolate.

~ January Sketch - Stick It Down DT ~

I know we have headed away from Christmas and are firmly in 2016 but I couldn't help using this sketch challenge to create this cute page of my cat Millie in her Christmas Collar.

Head over to the Stick It Down blog to join in with us this month and to see everyone else's fab interpretations.

We've had shocking weather here in the UK over the last few weeks so I apologise for the dark photo.

Here's hoping 2016 brings you everything you've wished for!

~ Stick It Down - December Sketch ~

I'm a little late posting this month as the Christmas preparations and festive fun has overtaken slightly.

Here is my final project for my Stick It Down DT term for 2015. I'm pleased to say that I will be continuing with my role on the design team for the next 6 months.

Why not head over to the blog and join in with this month's sketch.

This layout shows me with my guiding friends at a her wedding in August. I absolutely loved using the Maggie Holmes 'Confetti' collection. It worked well with this theme. This page used up the last of my patterned paper and embellishments from the collection. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next year.

Here's wishing everyone a fantastic Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Paper Wings Productions is owned by Carrie Edelmann Avery. All of the PWP stamps are produced in the USA and are made using the highest quality of materials. You can check out the PWP online store to see the red rubber cling stamps and the clear photopolymer stamps!
Are you ready to get started? Here is the order of the hop, in case you get lost:

Hi there! Terri-Ann here.

I looked back at previous sketches and picked one which I hadn't used before. Much of my scrapping is around my travels and this layout is from our trip to Tunisia.

I love how this sketch has 4 main square elements offset to the bottom left corner of the layout.

This actually turned out to be quite a simple layout once finished and I managed to use up quite a few different bits from my stash!

(Apologies for the poor photo quality, the weather here in the UK is currently bleak and dull!)

I used a flare badge from Hey Little Magpie and a few 'Hello World' collection die cuts.

I picked up these cute Studio Calico wood veneer aeroplanes from TK Maxx. I rarely drop lucky and find the crafting bargains that can be found in store.

So now why not hop on over to Alison  to see what she has created...

Happy crafting!
