In London for 20 days! :) Thursday, May 31, 2007 Haha, this is just an annoucement. I'll leaving for London today! I'll be back on 19 June. See yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ;) Shopping @ TP!!! :D Tuesday, May 29, 2007 Pluggin' into: So Young by The Corrs I AM SUPER HAPPY!!! :D :D :D I just came back from shopping with HL and Serene. We decided to embark on a C&G (cheap & good!) shopping spree in Toa Payoh!!! TP ROCKS!!! :D :D :D Rode the shopping wave manz!!! For me, these don't come very often, muhwahahahahahaaaaa :) I bought: 3 T-shirts ($24) 2 FBT shorts ($20) 1 black tailored-like shorts ($25) 1 white handbag ($18) Total cost = $88 for 7 items!!! YAYNESS :D :D :D Plus, we met Ming Li in Toa Payoh! Haven't seen her for so long! She was gonna get her new purple samsung phone, heh heh :) Shall do a quick recap: 23rd May - Wednesday Char, Selina, Jo, Mark and Jaimes crashed my house! :) It was a super slack time la, lol!!! :D Good to see all of them, heh heh.. fed them a lot of snacks (so we won't snack as much, heh heh! :P kidding la..) We just ate, chatted, laughed and lazed about :D We also watched Ms Swan on Youtube and my vcd, How to lose a guy in 10 days. All in all.. it felt gooooooodz :) In the evening, Char and I went to meet Auddie for dinner! Supposed to meet Angela for dinner too, but that silly zha bo was sooooooooo late :P We ate at Glutton's Bay!!! "Or Laut", Hokkien Mee and Stingray.. Yummy :D We then headed to Gelare's for cheesecake!!! :D Happiness!!! :D 24th May - Thursday Woke up early today for Kbox with Jo and Vincent!!! Super hilarious la.. we sat through Klunch AND Kstudent, hwahahahahahaaa!!! Basically, we were singing Jay chou, old boyband songs.. Vincent sang all those old classic chinese songs, like Andy Lau and Jo sang FIR, Jolin Tsai etc.. Both their voices are damn zhai lorz!!! :) On the way, I bumped into HL! That twerp just ended work and was gonna eat dinner, I think. A few steps later, I met Jaimes, lol!!! He was gonna catch pirates of the carribean III. I WANNA WATCH!!!!! :D 25th May - Friday COLDWEAR!!! :D [Refer to entry below] 27th May - Sunday Jo, Gen and I went swimming at the club. Gen brought everything except her swimming costume la, lol!!! In the end, she became our coach, haha :P I kena sunburnt super badly!!! I think it was worth it though - felt really good after swimming half-laps, heh heh :) After which, they went to my house to eat lunch and bake Charmaine's chocolate cake. It was super fun la!!! :P I bought a new cheesecake pan, which we happily used. Next thing we knew, the whole mixture was oozing out from the bottom, hwahahahahahahaaaa!!!!!!! Gen was panicking and Jo was just staring at it, rofl!!! :D We then melted choc (added milk! :P) to cover the top and M&Ms to spell her name. We had chocolate overload, haha - a few moments later, the M&Ms sank and disappeared in the chocolately abyss :P I drove them to Charmaine's hse, where we surprised her by entering her study room :P The four of us had a hearty chat ;) It was nice, having the whole group together again.. we haven't done so for quite a while. Felt real good :) After which, I dropped the 2 at the bus-stop. Charmaine came for a spin, lol. After dropping her back home, I went to fetch my sister from her friend's hse and we went off for dinner. I parked next to a car! :D 28 May - Monday I went to Whampoa CC to play badminton with Auddie and Angela. Char fell sick, haish. Get well soon gal!!! ;) I got caught up watching "Las Vegas", so I was late, HAHA :P It was quite interesting.. there was a girl (Sam? or.. can't rmb. She's the one with fuzzy hair) who fell in love with this guy.. just to find out that the guy actually doesn't know who he is - he has amnesia. When she went to investigate, it turns out that not only does the guy have a family, but he was also a murderer. My gosh.. imagine man.. The 3 of us played for only an hour plus, lol :P Angela only had 2 cookies so far, Auddie and I were unfit, and it was SUPER HOT. My gosh.. drank 100plus like water, heh heh. It was still good fun - we must play more often!!! Badminton Kakees!!! ;P Later that evening, Mum, Mama (my grandma), Mei and I [notice they all start with M? haha :P], went to Parkway parade to do some shopping and collect my new green specs :) We then ate dinner, got dinner for the boys and headed home. I ate Fried Dong Fen.. shiok :D I made a silly mistake though - I drank Teh peng. I had interrupted sleep throughout the night, haish. Back to Now!!! Haha, I think I'm sleep deprived.. need to KO for a while, haha. Happy Happy Happy :) Cold wear rocks :) Sunday, May 27, 2007 Pluggin' into: Sleeping Child by Michael Learns to Rock Haha, the good old boyband days.. Thinking back, that era was quite fun-loving, lol. Sweet.. Since we're flying off soon, Mum decided to bring my sister and I out to get some stuff. We ate and the restaurant called "The Ship" and I FINALLY got to eat my fried fish bee hoon soup. Loved it :) After which, we headed to Parkway Parade to get some clothes and my specs. I LOVE COLD WEAR :D :D :D My gosh.. my sister was supposed to get a jacket, but in the end, I was the one who bought a jacket AND a sweater. YAYNESS!!! :D :D :D Plus, I saw this really really really nice trenchcoat.. super stylish. When I grow up and have my own money and happen to go to somewhere cold, I wanna own a trenchcoat :) Just got my results. It's not as deep a plunge I expected, so it's not too bad. Have to work harder for next sem.. just thinking of what mods to do and arranging my timetable is giving me a headache. Yesterday, we had neighbourhood group rosary. There was a little girl there. Haha, I thought I had lost it.. in the end, I managed to make her laugh. It felt.. really good :) After that, we watched the ventriloquist David Strassman. OMG.. he is brilliant :P Go youtube it or something, lol. Blades of Glory! Friday, May 18, 2007 Pluggin' into: How to touch a girl by Jojo My whole body's aching. Man.. if it's that stupid run of mine, I must be really unfit -_- Tmr's the day.. i watch Incredibles on Disney Channel!!! :D haha, cheap thrill i know.. but i've been waiting for this for a really really really really really long time! :P My reading habit is crazy. I've been sleeping at 4am and getting up at noon cos of it la, haish. It feels good though :) Watched Blades of Glory with Char and Tokkie. It is SUPER HILARIOUS!!! A must-see manz.. the whole theatre was roaring! My gosh.. the whole lameness and humour is just overwhelming man, muhwahahahhahahhahhaaaaa!!! :D After that, we went to play air-hockey and daytona. Man.. it felt really shiok. Monday, May 14, 2007 Pluggin' into: Lovin' you from Standard Bossa, late night moods + Maybe you're my love from Ouran High School Anime Lately, I've been having a hard time blogging. Hence, this took quite a while. I guess.. I just have a lot of things on my mind. Sometimes.. I think it's because I'm free, thus I tend to look too much into things.. then again, perhaps it's because I'm free, that I don't have anything much pushing these thoughts away. *shrugs* Haha, maybe that's the reason for the indulgence in anime and novels lately.. Today's mass was about inner peace. It made me reflect a lot, esp. about my life. I realised.. I don't open up as easily as before. As in.. I don't approach people as openly. I don't make funny faces at children without thinking anymore, nor do I help without hesitation. In fact.. today, I felt quite sad. It's like.. I shackled myself.. for a reason i can't remember. My friend surprised me once again. He was talking about taking up a course and that he couldn't make it for mass for about a month, since the training sessions take up the whole weekend. I was saying, if that's the case.. then just finish the course and come back after that la. He said, "There are weekday masses right? They're not the same as Sunday mass, but better than nothing right?" It makes me wonder.. who really is the baptised Catholic. It's not the first time.. his actions always surprise me, the extent of them. We had a church band meeting [it's band and not choir cos we have musicians too :)]. Apparently.. there are going to be major changes. Truthfully.. in the midst of that meeting, I realised that unconsciously, I had been feeling rather apprehensive. Afraid of change? I don't know.. I just remember convincing myself, "hey, change ain't that bad. Perhaps that's what we need." I also realised.. that I didn't want any responsibility. I don't mind involvement or commitment.. but responsibility just freezes me. Literally. I felt paralyzed with past memories of my leadership. "Ke wai".. I remember thinking.. is this who I really want to be? Can I break out of that casting? Is there even a casting? Can I be who I am with my close ones.. with other people? This must be the identity crisis in which psychology mentions. Oh God, save me. Bliss Saturday, May 05, 2007 Pluggin' into: Seasons of Love from Rent FINALLY!!! NO MORE PAPERS!!!!!!! WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO :D :D :D Haha, I have been busy celebrating, heh heh! :) After the last paper, I met char and we went to Coro to eat cheezy sticks at Wadeva. After which, we walked down to Island Creamery to eat ice cream - Nutella!!! Man.. heaven. True paradise. I went home, rested for a while, then went to Rebecca's hse near church. Her house should be in a TV show for ideal homes.. my gosh. Her room is NEAT. Like.. WHOA. Plus, she had 4 collie dogs which are all super friendly la.. sweet. Practice was pretty good. I need to SUPPORT :P After a while, we kinda lazed about.. watched youtube and dvds.. I felt the company was really nice. Alex then sent us all back home. Now, I'm just catching up on movies and entertainment! :D Watched Bleach, deathnote, nana, kekkaishi... The island.. gonna watch Rent soon, HEH HEH :D :D :D This is life. Until release of results.. I'm in bliss. Picture mania. Thursday, May 03, 2007 Pluggin' into: Jian Jian Dan Dan by Lin Jun Jie Last day before last paper tmr. Man.. too much joy yesterday. I didn't feel like studying, especially since tmr's paper is open book. Then I realised, after printing my notes.. I must know my concepts. Better go study. My thought process has gone kaput manz.. I need sleep. I need TV. I need Anime. I need Fun. I need tmr to be OVER. Anywayz, since I have digressed, I decided to blog a bit. Remember how I said I was going to blog about Serene's birthday? well, I realised everyone has already blogged about it, so please refer to theirs (Sorry i'm lazy, HAHA :P) I'm just gonna put photos :P  This is one of my favourite pictures :) I can't really put my finger one on it.. but I think it emits a really cheerful, happy aura. Makes one laugh.. well, at least me :P
Okie. Time to return to the books. 23 hours to the end of this! :P [Estimated timing] Freedom! Wednesday, May 02, 2007 YAY YAY YAY!!! ONE MORE PAPER LEFT!!! :D :D :D I feel super happy.. MEGA YAYNESS!!!! :D :D :D Haha, I drove to school and back by myself today! :) Haha.. it was quite traumatising though. So many traffic incidents out to get Little L. Towards school, in the tunnel connecting AYE to CTE, a mega huge vehicle started honking loads. His honk radiated in the tunnel la.. really "Surround Sound", HAHA. Initially I thought it was me, but when I looked in my mirror, it was a car. Plus, I was at 60, which is a safe speed. Then this green car sprinted ahead of me and started dodging to and fro, switching lane crazily - i think it was him. Later, on the road turning into NUS, this lorry in front of me switched lane. I thought "Yay! Can just zoom down the room!". Then, before I knew it, he cut right back in front of me. I was so irritated, I honked him. Plus, he was slow. I had to trail behind him until he switched AGAIN. Stupid lorry.. On the way back, CTE was jammed. Super badly. My gosh.. I never knew red hazard brake lights could look so scary.. when u see so many cars and look down and see MORE cars.. it was quite intimidating. Plus, all the lights were blinding [It was 7plus by the time I left school] At one road, I didn't see a white car and started switching lane. Got the honk for that, haha. I finally reached home and parked. This lorry then parked in front of me, which was ok. Then.. he started reversing towards the car. My gosh.. I was thinking "u're going to hit me!!!" and honked! Luckily he stopped. When I came out and looked, he had so much freaking space in front of him la!!! My gosh.. actually, thinking about it, dunno whether he was moving to create another space.. but even if I moved more, the space won't be big enough what. haish. I was so happy when I reached home.
