Boxes! Not Grace, but her boys!!

Grace refuses to get into boxes or bags or anything confining. I think she doesn't like to be where she cannot see her sons! 

But her sons love boxes!! Here are a couple of examples:

 Here's Audace, who had been dragging all that packing paper out of that box. It all makes such wonderful sounds!

And here's Ruse, thinking he was hiding, I'm sure!

Grace and her family

Grace is the momma of four little beauties who were born in April, 2006. The story of their rescue is here: The story of Grace.

Grace and two of her sons live here in Texas with Marilynn, and everyone gets along pretty well. Grace tends to favor Ruse, and they can often be seen bathing each other and snoozing together. Audace is more annoying to her, and she usually hisses and swats at him until he goes away ... even about 10" away!

All-in-all, everyone gets along pretty well, and Audace knows to cuddle up to Ruse rather than his momma! Sometimes he forgets; then he gets a scolding!

Here's a good photo of the two boys snoozing together. This is a common scene in the evenings, especially in cooler weather!

Grace's sons ... errrr, brofurs?

Grace lives with two of her sons, but the boys are only about 9 or 10 months younger than she, so they all really act like siblings! This is the way Grace likes it -- with the boys far away from her!

These guys usually snuggle up together, which is the way Grace likes it! Ruse is on the left, and Audace is on the right. 

They DO like to snuggle together!

And once in a while, they manage to get close to their momma, too -- but only when she's already fast asleep!
