IS IT THE REAL LIFE - IS IT JUST FANTASY ?????

Good morning Peeps,
So - I have finally finished painting my Roof so hopefully that will be it for another 6 years :-D I am a bit stiff now with my arthritis and have a few blisters, but at least I finished before this windy snap came and before the rains :-D 
I was inspired to make something for the new SoSS Challenge which is all about Fantasty. 
Now, I don't know if you know this but I have 23 cats in and around my house and just 1 poor solitary Doggo (unless I am fostering another LoL) so I think he feels a little outnumbered.

I got this Freebie doggo last month from ALL DRESSED UP and he reminds me a bit of my lad. I coloured him up and then made him a fantasy thought bubble which uses a picture from TLC Creations ( I think)  called 1890 Cat Lady hahahaha
The backing paper and frame are both from MEINLILAPARK.

I'm not saying my dog is happy with his fantasy but I am sure he never expected his rescued life to be exactly like this - or maybe he did eh ??? LoL

IT's ATC TIME

I'm back again today !!
I made some ATCs for a little Swap going on over at the VERA LANE FB Group:  Mixed Up ATC Trade.
The idea is to use multiple Vera Lane images on the ATCs.
I have used ' Cats and Crocks ' . I coloured the crocks and covered them in glaze and then I fussy cut all the images and stacked up the crocks. The backing paper is by MEINLILAPARK  - Cat & Tea Paper.
Now my cats have plenty of bowls of fresh drinking water but for some reason several of them will jump up into the sink and drink the water from my 'crocks' ! Don't ask me why .... who knows why cats do what they do !!!!

 On the other I used ' Lulu '. I also added ' Skull Sweater ', which I resized and just fit her perfectly over her original dress.
** I see now in the Shop that there is a special set with her and a selection of Ugly Sweaters that can be placed over her   LoL 
 I coloured everything with Spectrum Noir markers and gave her an Ombre effect jumper. The backing is a snippet of paper from my Halloween box and I made a little border using ' Freaked ' , downsized and placed together in a row.
I think Lulu and Freaked are older or were Freebies a while back because I can't find them in the Shop.

Hello Chums,

I was sitting with my coffee yesterday and watching some of my Cats when a little poem starting flitting about in my head - so I wrote it down and made a double spread in my Art Journal.

YaY !!! I AM THE QUEEN

Hello Peeps,
I am so pleased that I won the QUEEN OF SNARK for the last Challenge at SISTERHOOD OF SNARKY STAMPERS, and I was invited to be a Guest DT for this Challenge - X is for XMAS.

I used an image from the Freebie cat sheet I got - 'Fat Cat Fred Christmas Images' - which I got from Practical Publishing Australia. To snag your own sheet just click HERE.

The background paper was a FREEBIE from MEINLILAPARK and I also used up some snippets of papers from last year and a bit of shiny ribbon.

The Fat Cat was coloured with Promarkers.

FAERY INK TWINS

Hi Peeps,
I hope you are having a great crafting weekend so far :-)
This is my card using a brand new image from FAERY INK which is called " Twins" and they had a special promotion with a discount on the image and a set of clothes digis to dress them up in. I just couldn't resist these little cuties. 

I coloured my twins using Spectrum Noir pens and then I paper pieced their clothes using  Pink & Blue Snow papers from MEINLILA PARK.

I cut the twins out and then placed them on a background, which came from a card kit by Crafty Gals at Paper Creator.

YES - it is me doing a cutesy in October - the scary, witchy, Halloween month bwaahahahahaha

I was delighted to be asked to be GUEST DT for JULIA SPIRI and got to choose one of her super cute little girls to work with. Naturally I plucked one with a kitty.... called "Girl With Cat" :-D
Here is my GDT piece for  the JULIA SPIRI CHALLENGE #3, which is an Anything Goes challenge - the twist this time, if you want to,  is Add some Bling. 

I coloured her up with pencils and Spectrum Noir pens and my background papers and kitty face (I added a sentiment) are from MEINLILAPARK.... where she has some amazing FREEBIES - you have to check her out :-) She even has a Freebie Blog devoted to just KITTIES :-D  :-D

FROM THE HEART

Here I am with my piece for the Stamp of the Month Challenge at FROM THE HEART STAMPS.
This month we got "Pumpkin Patch" and I have coloured her up with Spectrum Noir markers. I had awful trouble colouring the face on this one - I don't know why. Maybe it's because the little mouth and nose are very small and I couldn't work out where my cheeks should go !!! LoL

I used a SILHOUETTE Svg pattern to cut a Shutter card and all the papers are FREEBIES  from MEINLILAPARK. Then edged everything with green and black Archival ink.

I think she looks jolly cute and can't wait to see what we get for next month :-)

This time I was actually playing with myself (figuratively speaking as it were !!) and I decided to use Swiss Cow from my World Tour Series - SWITZERLAND Set over at IKEsART.

I was really pleased with how the Diamond glaze stuff came out on the glass dish... it really looks like glass :-D

Hi Peeps and happy Saturday to you All,

I decided to have a challenge entering day today and here is my first piece.
It's a bit of a play on words as the Greek for "I Love You Always" is....... ............Σ 'αγαπώ πάντα... which is pronounced sag a po  panda - which just meant I simply HAD to use the FREEBIE papers and bits that I got this very morning from MEINLILAPARK...... Pandas  :-D  LoL

I got the backing paper and border from Sandra at Meinlilapark and then she kindly gives a link to 16 other Freebie PANDA goodies, where I found the big image and the finger puppet panda kit :-D 

I used some die cuts and copied the Layout from the Chocolate, Coffee & Cards challenge blog.

Me again,
Here are my ATCs for the MARCH ATC SWAP over at INKY FROGGIES.
The idea is to use STAMPIN' UP products and I have used:
'Fresh Vintage Flourish' - a SU Digi stamp on the background 
'Fresh Vintage Flower 2' - SU digi for my 3D flowers
'Ears To You' SU Rubber Stamp for the Bunnies which are mounted with 3D foamies.
The background paper is Baby Bunny scrapbook paper, a freebie from MEINLILAPARK
The ATC envelopes are from SENECA POND CRAFTS

KRISTY is a STAMPIN' UP demonstrator/supplier and you can see the fabulous goodies HERE. Such a pity that they don't have this in Greece :-(

NEW BEGINNINGS CELEBRATION

Hello Everyone,
Today I finished my piece for the NEW BEGINNINGS CELEBRATION CHALLENGE #1 over at  CREATIVE BUG ON THE LOOSE.
For my card I used 'HAMILTON CELEBRATES' by Naomi - he was one of her Freebies to play along with.

I made a hand cut swing card using a template from The Frugal Crafter, with Freebie backing paper by MEINLILAPARK. On one of them I added blanket stitch to make it seem like his picnic blanky :-D. The little picnic basket scene was a freebie from Digital Two for Tuesday, which I left as it was in black and white.
I had to 'flip' Hamilton coz I realised that he would be hidden when the card was shut, but not until I had stuck him on there  ....Pfffttt!!!  At least I managed to pull off the first one before it stuck fast without trashing the whole swing system LoL
He was coloured up and then printed out several times so I could cut him up and make him 3D with foam pads :-) I did say 'sorry' to him every time I cut parts of him off LoL :-D

I have made today a card for a friend's birthday and don't ask me why but I've spent over an hour shuffling stuff about on this one before I was finally satisfied !!!  You know the sort of thing.. shuffle, shuffle.. it needs a bow... nah ! don't like that.... wrong colour.. wrong paper... blah, blah, BLEH !!! Anyhooo.. I got there in the end. :-D  LoL
I snagged this week's FREEBIE this morning from over at SPYDER's CORNER... it's called 'Puss and Pup' and I just love it. My friend has cats + dogs too, so I hope she will like this fabbo little digi.
I coloured it with Copics and pencils and used some die cuts and a FREE backing paper from MEINLILAPARK.

Right - I'm whizzing off to have my tea now, so byeeeee for now xx
