Rose Needlepoint Pillow

This needlepoint design is finished as a pillow.

Pillows - Fish and Duck

These needlepoint pillows are finished with green linen fabric with zippered backs.  Both have a knife edge finish.  The fish pillow has self-welted cording.  The duck pillow uses a purchased brown twisted cording edge.  

Box Cushion - Jaguar

This Candace Bahouth design is finished as a large boxed cushion.  It has self-welted cording with a side gusset to create a box shape.  A custom down insert was made.  Zippered back.  The green linen was sent by the client.  

Pillows - Silk Asian Set

This Asian-Inspired pillow pair features:

• Fabric-framed fronts to enlarge the front
• Silk dupioni fabric was requested for finishing as the pillows are stitched in silk threads
• Self-welted cording with small gimp insert
• Boxed shape with side gussets
• Down inserts
• Zippered backs

Stocking - Mark

The needlepoint stocking on the left is one of 11 that a lady created for her family.  I completed the stocking on the right to match the rest of the grouping.  Red velveteen fabric with self-welted cording accent the edge of the stocking.

Stocking - Leslie

This needlepoint stocking is finished with a side gathered gusset and double self-welted cording.  The purchased tassels were custom wrapped with gold thread.  The stocking is lined in cream moiré fabric and the finishing fabric is dark green velvet.

Pillow - Floral Pair #2

These two needlepoint pillows are both finished with a narrow fabric frame to accent the design.  Both are finished with velveteen fabric in colors to match the design.  The pillow on the top uses twisted cording and the pillow on the bottom uses self-welted cording. 

  

Pillow - Craftsmen Animal

This needlepoint design was finished with a mitered corner framed fabric front and self-welted cording.  Linen green fabric was supplied by the customer.

Pillow - Vegetables

These needlepoint designs were finishing into a tri-panel front with a mitered corner fabric frame.  The pillow is finished into a boxed cushion with a 2" gusset and double self-welted cording.  The cream twill fabric was supplied by the customer.

Pillow - Snoopy

This needlepoint design is sewn into a knife-edge pillow with a self-welted cording edge.  The backing and cording fabric is a dark red velveteen which perfectly matches the red of the wool.  Peanuts Snoopy design.

Pillow - Red Velvet

This needlepoint design was made into a mitered-fabric-framed pillow with a knife edge, self-welt cording, and zippered opening.  The ridged fabric highlights the vibrant red of the design.  It measures approximately 16" x 12". 

Pillow - Elizabeth Bradley Floral

This needlepoint design was sewn into a framed-front, knife-edge pillow with a self-welted cording and upholstery fabric backing.  It has a zippered opening, and is 18" square.  Printed canvas design by Elizabeth Bradley.

Pillow - Birds

This needlepoint design is sewn into a knife-edge pillow with a self-welted cording.  It has a zippered opening and grey-blue chenille upholstery backing.  Design by Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Pillow - Welcome Pineapple

This needlepoint design is finished as a knife edge pillow.  It is framed in dark red ultrasuede, as well an upholstery fabric supplied by the customer.  The pillow has a knife edge with a zippered backing and a self-welted cording with the red ultrasuede.

This needlepoint pillow has a fabric-framed front with mitered corners, a knife edge with self-welted cording, and a zippered back.  The fabric is cream silk dupioni. 

Pillow - Craftsmen Pair

These needlepoint pillows each have a fabric-framed front, self-welted cording, and a zippered back.  Down inserts make these full of loft.  The Prussian Blue velveteen is an exact match for the needlepoint background.
