Items for this weeks menu:
- Hashbrown breakfast pizza for dinner with fruit
- Grilled chicken with seasoned baked pototoes (march light and tasty) and salad
- Chicken and rice burritos (carryover from last week)
- Salmon patties and rice pilaf or church fish fry:)
- Potato soup, salad, and biscuits
I ended up not following a lot of last week's menu. We went out for dinner Friday night with DH's sister and her husband. DD wanted breakfast for dinner so we did that Thursday night. I wasn't feeling good one night so it became fend for yourself. I didn't make any of the treats because I was not feeling great all week. I am praying for another snow day this week though it isn't really looking promising:(
