"CPS Sketch Challenge"

Hello everyone!  I have been diligently working on a card for a challenge going on over at Card Positioning Systems (CPS).  This was the sketch that was provided to run with, use your imagination, and create a beautiful card.

For this challenge, I created a one layer card (all stamping), lots of masking, and monochromatic in color.  I used a few stitching stamps and Hero Arts stamps as well.  I hope you all enjoy and get inspired by this creation, it did take me a while and I had lots of fun.  Take care, till next time.

"Another One-Layer Design"

Hiya everyone!  I am fascinated with the one-layer design of a card and I really like masking off things (a new favorite thing).  I came up with this card, it may be a bit sappy for some, but I love it.  I just used a few different stamps at random from different collections and I created my own background stamping techniques (of course inspired by others) and this is what I came up with.  I hope you all like it and get inspired from this to come up with something of your own.

"Kwernerdesign" Challenge!

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I have been consumed with everyday life unfortunately. On the flip side, I thought I would post the challenge that Kristina Werner has going on. Her challenge is to make a one-layer card. I did this one this morning and wasn't sure where I was going with it. After much needed practice, I think I got the final look I was going for. A very simple card, I used masking and stamps. I don't usually do one-layer cards so forgive me if this isn't super quality work...hehe! I hope you like you and get inspired to create one of you own. Please feel free to check out Kristina Werner's blog (she is amazing and inspiring).
