This little cutie is called ON THE BENCH and i've coloured him with promarkers in West Ham colours - and is the card I'm giving to my hubby from our Westie Skye for Father's Day ... here's hoping he doesn't look at my blog before then LOL

I've followed a fab sketch from SKETCH & STASH and my neglected stash is my papers - these are from Pink Petticoat and sadly I don't use them nearly often enough but have gained inspiration from my blogging friend Vicky who uses them all the time and her cards are fab!! My new stash is my Martha Stewart button punch - just love it!!!

Here's my card :o)

I've used an image from Di's Digi Downloads - this one is called "New Beginnings" and I thought it perfect for the launch of our challenge - Di will be one of our future sponsors!!

I coloured it with my new favourite toy - MY COPICS - and cut it out with a nestie shape, the paper is from Prima, Fairy Flora paper stack and the butterfly is a Martha Stewart punch.  The sentiment is one of mine and will be this week's Friday Freebie tomorrow - but ... there is a specially designed set of 6 to go with today's launch and they can be found at SENTIMENTS 4 YOU - THIS SET IS HALF PRICE FOR THE DURATION OF THE CHALLENGE!!

This is the first post of a busy weekend!! All the challenges come one after another LOL!!

Evening All!!

My Nephew is 21 this weekend - goodness knows where time goes - I can still remember the day he was born :o) - anyway .... here's his card ...

I've used a digi image from the Mikey collection from Charmed Cards and Crafts and coloured him with promarkers, the ticket is one of my own and I've printed it on kraft card, - at the moment they are not available for purchase - but watch this space as I'm working on family ticket sentiments and hopefully should be available soon :o)

A DIFFERENT TECHNIQUE

Good Morning All!!

Hope you are well :o)

I've been busy this week preparing for a colouring techniques demo I'm doing at In2Crafting on Saturday 21st - making lots of different samples.

I'm trying not to just use Promarkes LOL - I will be demonstrating Promarkers, of course, but I will also be colouring with pencils and blending with solution, painting with distress inks and this technique below which I tried this week and I'm quite taken with it  - I have printed an image off of a CD Rom in black & white onto textured white card and have then used chalks to highlight different areas - a really simple technique but very effective

I also added some glossy accents

SWEET CHRISTMAS WISHES

Afternoon blogland!!

Here's my DT card for DCD Christmas Club challenge this week - Sweet Christmas Wishes.  We are sponsored by Robin Fetish Designs at I Did It Creations.

We all got to play with some great images and had lots of fun!!  This image just reminded me of days gone by when my children would write a list of everything they would like for Christmas - aahhhhhhhh!!!

I made a change this time and coloured with lyra polycolour pencils and blended with odorless white spirit.

Hi Everyone!!

I thought I'd share with you my design team card for the June Challenge over at In2crafting this month - DT member Di is hosting this month with her sketch - scoot over, have a look at the DT cards and take part. I used my new Penny Black clear stamp set "Wonderful Day" and coloured him with promarkers, the DP is My Minds Eye from a freebie stack in a magazine, the flowers are a daisy punch with buttons from my stash .... while I'm posting it I might as well enter it into some other challenges lol :o)

JUST HANGING AROUND

Good evening!!

What a miserable day :o( - so perfect for crafting!!!

I am quite proud of my achievements today - I made an anniversary card for my friend and her husband, a 60th birthday card and my third christmas card - below.  I can't show you the others just yet as I haven't given them out - and they can't see them on here before they actually open them for real - so I'll be back with those later in the week.

Anyway .... back to my christmas card.  When I saw the challenge on Winter Wonderland - Sweeties I knew I had to do this card - I've had this tilda for a while and was wondering how to use her ...... hanging on candy canes of course!!!!  The candy canes were cut from my Cricut (Christmas Cheer cartridge).  I coloured her in with promarkers so i'm entering I Love Promarkers - Sketch & Promarkers as well.

I'm still sifting through my digital images and digital image challenges and found the challenge blog for some digi images I downloaded a few weeks ago from Mo Manning and i'm so glad I did because they are great images and I had great fun colouring them in with my trusty promarkers.

SWEET HEDGEHOG

Its been another funny old day, sitting chillin' in my conservatory making cards, hubby is not well and asleep on the sofa .... so all is quiet.  Anyway The Penny Black Saturday Challenge is a favourite of mine mainly because I love Penny Black stamps and is always a good excuse to get the Promarkers out!!  I really enjoyed this challenge Three Flowers, Two Buttons and a Bow and here is my card
