ONE FOR THE BOYS

Hello Again
Second posting of the day
Trawling through blogland at some of my favourite challenges and came up with these 3.
I love my Charmed Cards and Craft digi downloads and don't use them nearly enough - but after finding Dotties World challenge I'm making use of them, colouring, of course, with promarkers and using my stampin up goodies from my all day workshop the other week - all in all a good combination I think??

HOT "N" SPICY

Hello Everyone :o)
Another cloudy day ........... another crafting day!!
Challenges a plenty for this card - Sweet Tilda - she is definately in my top 3!! I love her!!. Decided to combine her with 6 challenges I found. I coloured her with the usual - promarkers - and distressed the DP's and cardstock with both inks and a sanding block and then added flowers and dragonflies - not my usual colour scheme but I really enjoyed combining the spicy colours and I think it works - let me know what you think - thanks for looking :o) xx

JUST HANGING AROUND

Good evening!!
What a miserable day :o( - so perfect for crafting!!!
I am quite proud of my achievements today - I made an anniversary card for my friend and her husband, a 60th birthday card and my third christmas card - below.  I can't show you the others just yet as I haven't given them out - and they can't see them on here before they actually open them for real - so I'll be back with those later in the week.
Anyway .... back to my christmas card.  When I saw the challenge on Winter Wonderland - Sweeties I knew I had to do this card - I've had this tilda for a while and was wondering how to use her ...... hanging on candy canes of course!!!!  The candy canes were cut from my Cricut (Christmas Cheer cartridge).  I coloured her in with promarkers so i'm entering I Love Promarkers - Sketch & Promarkers as well.

Hope you like it and thanks for looking :o) xx

SUPER HERO!!

Hi There!!
Well .... after cleaning out the gloom that is my garage today in readiness for my new kitchen being delivered next week, I decided that I wanted to make a bright and cheery card. As usual my favourite challenges didn't let me down and I found 6 challenges to adapt.  The Digi image is from Charmed Cards and Crafts - "George", coloured, of course, with promarkers - no DP - which makes a refreshing change, the red, blue and yellow "strips" are from a stampin up scallop border punch and the sentiment was printed on the computer.  Thanks for looking

FLOWERS

Good evening all!!
Had a good day today - enjoyed teaching my 1:1 Cricut Class and am back to taking part in my challenges - I made this card for a colouring techniques demo I did at In2crafting where I work, the object being to show as many techniques as possible. This one is one of my favourites - using Tombow brush markers to colour direct to the stamp and then spritz the stamp with water to give a watercolour effect - the result is different each time as it depends on how much water you use. Some of the Penny Black stamps are perfect for this as the block effect lends itself perfectly to colouring.

Hope you like it and thanks for looking :o)

The challenge I am entering is Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Flowers

MAY SKETCH CHALLENGE

Morning All!!
Goodness me it seems like ages since I posted anything but I have been sooooo busy!!! I have had 4 YES 4!! Cricut Classes this week, I have been sorting out the In2crafting May Challenge and on top of that have decorated two rooms...... phew I need a rest!! I have sooo missed my challenges but just haven't had time and can't wait to get back to doing some more next week, - so I thought I'd do a quick post before I go off to get ready to do another Cricut Class.
Here is my Design Team card for the challenge. I have used Joanna Sheen's Precious Petals CD Rom and used circle nestabilies to cut the images into a pyramage. I haven't used CD's for age and really enjoyed doing this
Hope you like it :o)

TILDA IN PINK

Good Evening!

Well - I've had a little rest after this afternoon's blog-a-thong and decided to have a little look around blogland challenges (seeing as I hadn't done any this week ..... yet) and come across a couple of challenges which this card fits into nicely.  I made this card for one of my bestest friends - she loves Magnolia stamps and so do I so it was a pleasure to make it for her.

MONOCHROME BROWN

Hello!!
My second and final posting (maybe lol) of the day.  I was checking my favourite challenges and decided to make this card to fit 6 of them - I do love a challenge!!
It's such good fun trying to tie them all together and when it all works you know the last 2 hours was worth it!
The challenges I am entering are:
and last but DEFINITELY not least

The image is one of my new downloads from Mo's Digital Images, and I have made the sentiment in word and punched it out using a 1.5" punch the rest is bits and bobs from my stash - I must admit I did cheat on the stitching and used a template
I really hope I covered all the criteria
Thanks for looking :o) xx

LET'S SWING

Hi Everyone!!
Sorry I haven't posted since last Wednesday but had a busy week.  I was at the hospital .... again.... on Thursday and was working on Friday and then yesterday I was busy working on my "work" blog where i've added a new feature - Click Here to have a look
Now down to business - Challenges!!!!
Once again I made this card with three challenges in mind

I stamped my image twice and cut out to "decoupage" it and raised the flowers and sentiments all on 3D foam pads, and with the punching theme in mind used a Martha Stewart border punch
Hope you like it, thanks for looking :o) xx
