Bernie Supporters Attack Elizabeth Warren
Yesterday during Super Tuesday, we watched Hillary Clinton win Massachusetts. Many of us were very pleased with that win, except the Bernie supporters. They wasn't happy at all, in fact, they went several steps further and blamed Elizabeth Warren for Bernie's lost.
Another thing to note, a few days before Super Tuesday, some of his supporters created a fake NY Times article with Elizabeth Warren endorsing Bernie. I guess they thought it would inspire folks to vote for him. Anyway, his supporters lost their minds and attacked Warren on her Facebook page.
You can see the all of the messy comments here, but I've got a few you can see for yourself.

Interesting Quote: Scott Lively
After long contemplation and prayer I am convinced that I should run for Governor of Massachusetts. I will run as an independent.Good Grief
The people of this state need a candidate who can clearly and unapologetically articulate Biblical values without fear or compromise. They need a candidate who will tell the simple truth that abortion is murder, and homosexuality is condemned by God (but that Jesus forgives and heals those who repent). That parents and not the state have authority over their children, because government is our servant and not our master. That socialism is slavery and humanism breeds corruption. But mostly they need a leader who will remind the people that Massachusetts was founded upon Jesus Christ and the Bible and that our future security and prosperity depend on restoring our trust in Him. “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord!” Psalm 33:12.
These are very dark days in Massachusetts and across America, and growing steadily darker. I believe it is time for Christians with a strong Biblical worldview to rise up and preach the whole truth of the Bible as widely and boldly as possible. Massachusetts is the bluest of the blue states: the first to adopt socialized medicine and “gay marriage,” the national model for promoting homosexuality to children in the public schools, and the most aggressive defender of child-killing through abortion. The Mass Republican Party is solidly controlled by moderate to liberal “progressives” and the Democrats are virtual communists. They both embrace and champion the culture of death. With these two liberal parties splitting the liberal vote, a true conservative independent could win the governorship.

Cherokee Nation comes for Scott Brown over his Racist Campaign Actions
It was a fail of sorts; many folks called him out on it. But then, this happened:
That was Brown's campaign staffers mocking Warren in a racist chant.
And then, this happened:
After that, the Principal Chief of the Cherokee Nation Bill John Baker, had enough and wrote this:
“The conduct of these individuals goes far beyond what is appropriate and proper in political discourse. The use of stereotypical ‘war whoop chants’ and ‘tomahawk chops’ are offensive and downright racist.”Think Progress reports:
Baker called on Brown to “apologize for the offensive actions of his staff and their uneducated, unenlightened and racist portrayal of native peoples,” and said, “A campaign that would allow and condone such offensive and racist behavior must be called to task for their actions."
Warren’s Cherokee and Delaware Native American ancestry has been a frequent line of attack for Brown, with the campaign even running ads on the topic. The Senator did say Tuesday, however, that he did not “condone” their actions.Scott is being a frat boy about this. He needs to get this mess under control because this foolishness will become his legacy.

In Massachusetts: Rep. Sheila Harrington thinks Trangender people Change Genders a Regular Basis
Rep. Sheila Harrington |
Here's the scoop from Think Progress:
While some opponents warned that the bills would lead to sexual assaults in bathrooms, undermine morality, harm children, and overburden state residents, others demonstrated their unfamiliarity with transgender issues entirely. In the clip below, Massachusetts Rep. Sheila Harrington (R) asks two transgender witnesses if transgender people are able to change their genders on a “day-to-day basis”:See here:
HARRINGTON: “I’m not sure if this means that on a day-to-day basis you could be appearing as a woman or appearing as a man, but in your own identity and your own feeling of self you would be the other gender….”
GUNNER SCOTT (Dir. of the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition): “I think one thing to understand is that transgender people, first many of us struggle with this for many years and at the end of the day we want to blend in and not stand out. As somebody who identifies as a man, presents as a man, according to my birth certificate it still says I’m female. And so what the opponents would say is that someone like me who looks male should be going into the women’s room. And I know that that’s wrong because I would make women uncomfortable.”

Who is Mass. GOP gubernatorial candidate, Charlie Baker?
Charlie Baker won the support of the Massachusetts Republicans this weekend and now, he's the GOP gubernatorial candidate.
But who is this guy?
Well, he's an interesting person. He's for gay rights, pro-choice and picked openly gay state senator, Richard Tisei as his running mate. (the info below is from several months ago)
Charlie Baker, a moderate Republican running to become the governor of Massachusetts, has chosen State Sen. Richard Tisei, who is openly gay, as his running mate. Baker issued the following on his Twitter account this morning: ”Want you to be the first to know: I’ve chosen State Senator Richard Tisei as my running mate. Excited about this team.” Tisei is the Senate Minority Leader, and played a key role in the fight to retain marriage equality in Massachusetts. And he won the GOP support and candidacy? Color me surprised.

Interesting Quote: Scott Brown
"… On the marriage issue that you brought up, it's settled here in Massachusetts, but I believe that states should have the ability to determine their own destiny and the government should not be interfering with individual states' rights on issues that they deal with on a daily basis."

Cosmo Cock beats Martha Coakley
Well, it's done. Martha lost the special election.
In a dramatic upset that will end Democrats' super majority in the Senate, Massachusetts Republican Scott Brown defeated Democrat Martha Coakley to claim the seat held by the late Ted Kennedy for more than 46 years.Brown's victory makes him the 41st Republican in the Senate, meaning Democrats will no longer be able to prevent a Republican filibuster -- a major complication for President Obama's agenda and health care legislation currently pending in Congress.
Obama called Brown to congratulate him on his victory and told him "he looks forward to working with him on the urgent economic challenges facing Massachusetts families and struggling families across our nation," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said.
Brown has said he opposes Democrats' health care overhaul working its way through Congress, and some Democrats are even acknowledging Brown's win could imperil passage of other big ticket items, including climate change legislation, regulatory reforms and a banking industry overhaul.
Minor setback, we will be okay. This is a lesson learned.

NOM supports Brown with sily Robocalls
NOM is spending that Mormom money for Repub, Sen Scott Brown. He's running for the senate in Massachusetts against LGBT favorite, Martha Coakley.
In fact, they have went all out for Brown, by creating robocalls for him:
Our household just got an automated call from the “National Organization for Marriage,” with a 202 area code. The auto call features a male voice, which is clearly a recording, asking if you support marriage as being only between a man and a woman. If you say “yes,” then the voice urges you to vote for Scott Brown as the only candidate with a proven record of supporting marriage as between a man and a woman. The call says that his opponent is a “radical” supporter of same-sex marriage who has opposed letting the people decide and has used taxpayer dollars to support the agenda of same-sex marriage. The call ends by asking if “we can count on you to vote for Scott Brown.” The quality of the recording is mediocre at best.

Sen. Edward Kennedy has died at age 77
"We've lost the irreplaceable center of our family and joyous light in our lives, but the inspiration of his faith, optimism, and perseverance will live on in our hearts forever," the Kennedy family said in a statement. "He loved this country and devoted his life to serving it."
This man has done many great things in his life... He will be missed.
