There are some things I never thought I would do as a wife/mom. For instance, use whole wheat flour. Hands down I would vote for the delicious yeast risen white bread every time. However, recently I have started using whole wheat flour and have found it is a nice change. The other night I asked D, who is one of those weird vegie lovin', eat anything once type eater, if he could tell I had 'sneaked' a bit in to our pizza crust; he replied he could tell by looking. (Duh! :) Above are my partially whole wheat chocolate chip muffin. The good outweighs the bad, right? |
