Walking

brace is finally off for a few days now
slowing getting back to shape for normal walking
every step i took
i know its a step closer to getting back on track
the goal is there i will i achieve it

i got the chance for an interview with keppel offshore marines last week
i turned it down
for some reason i believe i cant get into my formal wear and down to tues
and they person who contacted me suggest that i try on the next window
which is on Jan
oh well
we shall keep that in view

Programmer of SU20 is formed up
pretty much going into shape soon
hope for the best for my subgroup
and hopefully it will be as good as GG.sg
haha

been through that kind of selection process
and knowing that last year my seniors did about the same thing
the thought is just funny
imagining people commenting about you in a room
considering your capabilities and stuff
haha
its damn good to be senior

realise my status is permanently down pes
its so tough
to decide if i should up pes again so i can join back my frogman family
but again
the road ahead is fully of uncertainties

one injury so much problems

SU19

Sports Unlimited 19 has finally come to an end
and i went through it as programmer for the first time
shag is shag.. but as much as we dislike the shagness
fun does stick along with it
seeing all our hard work paid off
events after events and a long distance relay run
defying all odds and all the shouting like no body business that showcases that progs rules is amazing

however, some of the senior progs will be leaving us, lets hope to see all of them back during our world lunch and camp preparations
promoting to senior level now
i believe all of us have part of them thinking if they can actually pull another event off just like our seniors
much expectations will be placed on us from now on SU20 programmers

well.. its 2 days before my surgery..
and im scare
perhaps this will be another life changing point for me

Inter subgroup games

Its was a good initiation by the chief progs to organise the inter
Sub group games. Initially i thought the idea was kind of lame. We playing against the other subgroup of how many people only. What fun can there be. But it all turns out quite fun when most of us are jacks or all traits. And within any subgroup there bound to be some stronger ones to support the group. GG.sg managed to win almost everything. Freesbie. Relay. Captain ball. Just not the mummy thingy haha. Great time to bond i must say.

and work load
as tiring as it get
i tried to find time to rest as much as i can
war x is quite a good one

yet to hear from the seniors

unit problem is getting on our nerves when you enter camp and nothing to do
next few days will be packed
progs stuff will also going to busy until the camp is over
and then i will be confine to myself for a long long time for my knee to rest

Pre seniors camp

Finally finalise all the paper works and timeline of the camp
One more week to bingo while i get back to my uniform for the first time in something more than a year.
Tall and proud i will be. As i may not be able to have that formation badge on it it anything goes wrong with the medical review board.
Looking forward to reliving our pass moments. Try-outs and lastly 21st for my girl

there was a straight sequence of event that tore me apart
xphysique was quite a success and bis mag are glad with the happy faces from the participants upon receiving their goodie bags
sending out the volunteers and then waiting for the participants to come by..
followed by the packing up and home sweet home
i went home then then next day was the progs GM
wei rong send wen xin me and chief back
there are still many unresolved problems in my event
hope all will be done by the next one

Sunway progs retreat

Back from sunway lagoon. Su19 progs retreat. Cant summarise with just any sentence.
Long ride to and back.
Sang until kinda high in red box. Comfortable time watch nania with hotel room mates. And then followed by resident and huanted changi with the rest of the first wave progs. Waiting for second wave people to come.
Second day was mainly themepark and water fun. Now everyone knows im scare of rides. Haha. Ask until tired to ask me for other rides. Had one mild thrill ride and i screamed like a loser. Hahahh. Ep got the first hand experience. Didnt get what i wanted to do. Flow rider. They have a smart way to chop us hard. Oh well. Best for me was the water slides. Pool cold swim for awhile before dinner.
Back to the rooms and when we all had our little test with alcohol. I knew everyone of the senior was aiming to see me fall. I gave it to them with a good show. Hahah. And i earned my good night sleep.
Next day was the last day there. Woke up with an early morning swim with the girls while zh and adam join us after their gym. Good photo shoot too with trina's photography. Bathed and shopping before snacking for lunch and tada home sweet home.

First Semester

Sem 1 has just come to an end..
as we all know time flies when we are looking back..
teaching week of 13 weeks sounded kind of short..
but with recess week, orientation week study week and all the weeks we had for orientation camps.
its was much longer..
the journey started with the sports camp..
introduction to what a good orientation camp is all about..
with GLs and Programmers and the camp committee..
team work and good organisation is what I saw..
and im a programmer now..
I hope the journey created for the next batch will that awesome as well.
so it came the best world
then the best og in hall camp..
found myself a buddy for sch lectures and tutorials..
how rare to find one with all same time table..
day in day out… life with studying would be much boring without her laughter I believe lol
soon I got myself a sp so close that I tot I will be having a future with her…
things changed along the way…
we are not even friends now..
but oh well..
I happy that I found a probable love of my life at the same time..
somehow I see we will go far… very far
I had my 22nd day quite awesomely..
ndu.. tutorial mates.. sp… sr.. family…
shooting training took up much time as well..
with a team that possesses world class shooters
its kind of hard not to feel inferior sometimes.. but the amount of motivation is also there..
I will get close there sometime..
GPA is almost everyone’s problem..
why must gpa be such importance?
that people forget about the most important thing about education..
is to understand.. and become wiser..
not just some scores and all..
oh well.. nowadays no one understands anymore..
although I hope for first class results and all..
I wish I don’t become some guy I disapprove of myself…

Recess

Recess week..
I thought this week will be the best week of all-time for the time I have been in NTU
first timer to experience recess week will feel lost I guess..
it’s a holiday.. yet so much to be done on the student part
projects, lab report, and mid terms that I don’t even know when is it..
hahah what a situation to be in before recess week..
its only one week.. seems long but adding all the hall activities and ccas and outings..
phew man.. time flies
although things are pretty much done..
but there are always this doubt that something is not done yet..

self discipline is really important in university..
even though a lot of people have made it into this level..
many of them still fall short on the portion
I hope I will carry this status peacefully throughout all 4 years

there is still chance to carry on on my shooting
I hope I wont disappoint them..
I will try my best in every training

programmer’s chalet was out of expectation
it was fun enough for me to want to stay on and mingle with them..
more gatherings to come and finally the sports camp for next year..
lets make SU19 a blast!
