Another National Embarrassment

If there was any doubt about how bad things are currently in DC, Biden is currently in Brazil at the G20 Summit. After wandering away from the podium mid-speech the other day, there was a group photo being taken of all the leaders....guess who wasn't there?

And guess where he was? Wandering among the palm trees, unescorted and completely at sea. The foreign media was laughing at his absence from the picture at these links here:

So who's actually in charge? Because it ain't that guy.

Take My Car, Please

Ultra liberal Canada has taken bending over backwards to criminals to another level:

  • “They’re breaking into your home to steal your car. They don’t want anything else.”

    Unbelievable.

Canadian police recommend leaving car fobs outside to deter armed thieves from breaking into homes. The thieves target cars, not other belongings, making it easier for them to steal without confrontation. This shocking advice raises concerns about home security and personal safety.

And, since Canada has a very ingrained anti-gun / anti-self-defense tradition, thieves can pretty much break into houses with impunity and take what they like.

Where did they come up with this completely stupid idea?

  • Some residents in California's Bay Area communities have begun leaving their parked vehicles with the trunks left open in the hope of discouraging auto break-ins.

Photos posted on social media and shared by the San Francisco-based news station KGO-TV showed two SUVs parked side by side along an Oakland street. The trunk doors of both vehicles were open, and the vehicle owners could not be seen in the immediate vicinity.

The person who posted the photo on social media watched the vehicle owners leave their trunk doors open and walk away, the station reported. The person added a caption to the photo that read, "Imagine having to clean out your car and leaving it open in public, just so people won't break your windows."

Ah yes....California. We should have guessed.

Jolly Olde England

HeyJackass.com is the only place we trust for actual Chicago crime stats. They've consistently been on top of the numbers for years. As we write this, the hourly/daily counter has the following:

  • someone in Chicago is shot every 2 hours and 50 minutes
  • someone in Chicago is killed every 13 hours and 29 minutes

That works out to just over 8 casualties a day, 1.7-ish who end up dead.

Lib-tards say "Let's outlaw guns! Like England!"

Here's England in 2023:

  • Gang violence in London has seen knife crime reportedly surge at its fastest rate in five years, with over 40 incidents logged with police per day, according to an analysis conducted by a top British broadsheet.

A report from The Telegraph newspaper has claimed that over 200 gangs are operating in the British capital, with around 46,000 members at their disposal, some of whom are as young as ten years old.

The prevalence of criminal gangs and inevitable turf wars and other disputes have contributed to increasing violence on the streets of London, with knife crime rising at its quickest pace in five years and gun crime rising by six per cent over last year.

Forty-three incidents of "knife violence" per day....five times Chicago's reported gun rate.

HeyJackass.com would probably have to triple it's staffing just to keep up with record keeping.

Another Piece to the Puzzle

This explains some of the illegal flood:

  • Venezuelan electoral authorities on Sunday claimed that 95 percent of voters in a nonbinding referendum approved of the nation's territorial claim on a huge chunk of neighboring oil-rich Guyana.

President Nicolas Maduro hailed what he called "an overwhelming victory for the 'Yes' throughout Venezuela."

"We have taken the first steps of a new historic stage in the struggle for what belongs to us, to recover what the liberators left us," he said.

The referendum raised fears in Guyana, and around the region, about Venezuela's ultimate intentions over the contested territory.

You know who has the largest proven oil reserves in existence? It ain't the Saudis:

  • Venezuela

Now, the Saudi's have a lot more oil closer to the surface and it's the highly desirable "light sweet crude," but Venezuela has more actual oil. It just takes a bit of effort to get it out. Due to the current ruling dictatorship and nationalization of the oil industry, they have to import gasoline and few if any companies want to spend the money there when the government will then steal the equipment and oil.

But Guyana has oil that's easier to extract and Venezuela wants it.

To get it, you need an army. An army needs bodies.

And how many bodies are currently in blue city shelters, hotels and police stations?

Chicago has become the Canada circa the 1960s.

La La La La La La La

Anyone notice what isn't very prevalent in the media lately?

  • Ukraine, which is about to lose, badly, meaning hundreds of billions of taxpayer money has gone up in smoke....and shrapnel.

Just pointing it out the media's insidious power to ignore something, taking it out of the public eye.

Like the riots in Ireland. Or the murder in France

Oh, you didn't hear about Ireland? Seems someone in Ireland stabbed three children under age of 6 along with two adults who tried to intervene. The BBC and NYT all emphasized the stabber was an "Irish citizen" of twenty years, completely ignoring the twenty-plus previous years he was raised in Algeria. Downtown Dublin burned the past two nights, including some hotels housing "migrants."

And in France? A small rural town (Crépol, Drôme) was hosting a dance and thirty or so "youths" showed up, declared, "We're here to stab white people" and proceeded to do so, cutting up dozens and killing a 16-year old boy. The "religion of peace" strikes again.

And here? Well, they're telling you that if you don't believe Bidenomics is working, you're stupid and they aren't about to remind you the Las Vegas shooter investigation is still secret.

Hell, they're still outraged that the Tennessee trans-shooter manifesto got leaked and that Capitol Hill video is showing the DC Police probably provoked the J6 riots.

But don't worry about that new Chinese virus sweeping the Orient. It's not new at all.

Big Picture

We had seen this earlier, but someone commented and we thought we'd point it out:

  • Global shipping giant A.P. Moeller-Maersk on Friday outlined plans to lay off at least 10,000 staff in a desperate bid to cut costs following a collapse in its third-quarter revenues.

The Danish shipping company announced plans to cut 9% of its entire workforce by the end of next year, by slashing its headcount from 110,000 at the start of 2023 to less than 100,000 in 2024.

Shares in Copenhagen-listed Maersk plunged 9% on Friday having lost 23% of their value over the past 12 months.

Remember, watch what the big companies are doing. They pay big brained people to see and predict the future.

And if that fails, check out the black-helicopter conspiracy people....sometimes they spot weird things, too. There are a couple wars going on and national elections coming soon.

Dangerous Illegals?

Some of the "black helicopter" site people send us links to are full of unverifiable info. This is one of the rumors that seems to be gaining traction based on a single report:

  • Meanwhile, in Congress, some GOP lawmakers have raised flags about Venezuelan immigrants at the southern border, citing an alleged Department of Homeland Security report saying the Venezuelan government is sending prisoners to the southern U.S. border.

Believable? 100%. We're old enough to remember the Mariel boatlift where Cuba sent over 120,000 refugees to Florida, and mixed among the refugees was a sizable portion of Castro's prison population, possibly as many as 1,300. So the grain of past truths lends credence to the current rumor.

This report though isn't based on a rumor - it's based on internal Border Patrol reports:

  • NEW: Internal CBP data provided & confirmed by CBP sources reveals thousands of "special interest aliens" from mostly Middle Eastern countries have been apprehended by Border Patrol while crossing into U.S. illegally over last 2 years.

    Syria: 538
    Yemen: 139
    Iran: 659
    Iraq: 123
    Afghanistan: 6,386
    Lebanon: 164
    Egypt: 3,153
    Pakistan: 1,613
    Mauritania: 15,594
    Uzbekistan: 13,624
    Turkey: 30,830

    Date range 10/1/2021 - 10/4/2023

So among the South American illegals are tens of thousands of persons from countries that have or currently support terrorist cells that intend this country harm. These are just the ones they've identified, and unless they're in some Interpol database, they're given a court date and released into the country.

Stay alert.

This is XiNN

XiNN laying the groundwork for the next "pandemic":

  • Authorities in Kazakhstan have denied a report published by Chinese officials that the country is experiencing an outbreak of "unknown pneumonia" potentially deadlier than the novel coronavirus.

On Thursday, the Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan issued a warning to citizens living in the Central Asian country that the pneumonia had killed more than 1,700 people.

"Kazakhstani Health Department and other agencies are conducting comparative research and have not defined the nature of the pneumonia virus," the statement said.

So China - long known for telling the truth every time they're asked about anything - releases this "statement."

XiNN - a wholly owned Chinese media subsidiary long known for telling the truth every time they report something - runs with it, even though:

  • CNN has been unable to independently verify the Chinese Embassy report and has reached out to Kazakhstan's Ministry of Healthcare for further details.

Figure this one will "arrive" just in time for summer, resulting in all sorts of lockdowns, shutdowns, mask mandates, cancellations and censorship.

Are you seeing a pattern yet?

UPDATE: We're aware it's from July. Do you recall when the media started with their "red wave mirage" reporting before hundreds of thousands of ballots appeared in the wee hours election night? It's called "prepping the narrative."

Sounds Familiar

  • Explosions in Malmö, which is home to several no go zone migrant ghettos, are becoming commonplace, with the city suffering three blasts in the space of just 24 hours earlier this month.

An alarming 29 per cent of residents in Malmö say they have been victims of of crimes against an individual. According to Wilhelm Agrell, professor of intelligence analysis at Lund University, the situation is so dire that it threatens the power monopoly of the Swedish state.

The vast majority of the unrest is driven by rival drug gangs made up of second and third generation immigrants.

Instead of taking bold measures to fight the gangs, Malmö police invited 12 gang leaders, 9 of whom turned up, to have a friendly chat over some pizza. The gang leaders were told that they were “most at risk of being injured or killed,” a sympathetic message which suggested police cared more about their welfare than that of their victims.
There was an article the other day that said Sweden was averaging three grenade attacks PER DAY. That is disturbing to say the least. But to follow Chicago's lead on inviting gang leaders to "meetings" and Dart's pizza idea, well....

Run Away!!!

  • The acting head of the Metropolitan Police locked himself in a car as one of his officers was murdered metres away during the Westminster attack, an inquest has heard.

Sir Craig Mackey was commissioner of Britain’s largest force at the time of the atrocity, where Khalid Masood ran down four victims with his car and stabbed PC Keith Palmer to death.

An inquest into Masood’s death heard that Sir Craig was being driven out of the Houses of Parliament when the attack started on 22 March 2017.
The inquest is being used as a cover-up, finding that the Police Constable was already grievously stabbed, so there was nothing that Mackey could have done to prevent the Constable from bleeding out. Why actually make the effort when there might be a cup of warm tea waiting somewhere else?

Knife Control

With stabbings out of control, Londonistan makes the obvious move:
  • London Mayor Sadiq Khan announced a crackdown on knives Sunday in response to the rising levels of violence in London, which recently surpassed New York City’s homicide rate for the first time.

“No excuses: there is never a reason to carry a knife,” Khan tweeted. “Anyone who does will be caught, and they will feel the full force of the law.”

There have been more than 50 homicides in London so far in 2018, and much of the violence is tied to gangs.

Guns are strictly regulated in the United Kingdom and the rising homicide rate in London is directly attributable to a rise in knife-related crimes, with stabbings claiming at least 31 lives to date in 2018. By contrast, New York — which has a population roughly the same size as London — has seen a steady decline in violent crime.
Gee, good thing they outlawed guns. After knives, maybe they can work on acid attacks, then bats.

London Slashes Past NY

All those anti-gun libs saying everyone has to be disarmed, and London, which has something like no guns anywhere, passes New York City using only knives:
  • London's monthly murder rate has overtaken that of New York Cityfor the first time, after the worrying surge of stabbings continued across the capital.

The death of a 20-year-old man in Wandsworth yesterday (Sun) took to 30, the number of people stabbed to death in the London since the start of 2018.

Soaring levels of knife crime has helped the UK capital outstrip New York in terms of murders for the last two months running.
Perhaps if Garry loses the mayoral election, he can re-apply for the London job and import CompStat.

It's International

  • The Paris prosecutor's office got a tip in January that the gunman behind a shootout on the Champs-Elysees that left one police officer dead and two others wounded was amassing an arsenal and that he had made death threats against law enforcement.

There was good reason to investigate 39-year-old Karim Cheurfi — he had already served 11 years in prison for trying to kill another police officer, Paris prosecutor Francois Molins said Friday.

[...] Now, a day after Cheurfi ambushed a trio of police officers and was shot dead while trying to escape, police are questioning his mother and two other relatives. Authorities are trying to determine how he got his hands on the Kalashnikov rifle he used in the deadly shooting, Molins said.

Cheurfi, who was a French citizen, was convicted in 2005 of trying to kill a police officer and sentenced to 15 years in prison, said Molins. He was released in 2012, despite a history of violence behind bars that included a conviction for "violence on civil servants" and beating up a cellmate.

But a year later, Cheurfi was back in prison for violating parole and wasn't released until October 2015, after which he was required to regularly report his whereabouts to police, Molins said.
Parolees committing crime worldwide.

El Chapo is Escapado

Who would've thought that a corrupt narco-state couldn't keep one of the biggest dope dealers locked up?
  • Mexico mounted an all-out manhunt Sunday for its most powerful drug lord, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, who escaped from a maximum security prison through a 1.5-kilometer (1 mile) tunnel from a small opening in the shower area of his cell, according to the country's top security official.

The elaborate underground escape route, built allegedly without the detection of authorities, allowed Guzman to do what Mexican officials promised would never happen after his re-capture last year — slip out of one of the country's most secure penitentiaries for the second time.

"This represents without a doubt an affront to the Mexican state," said President Enrique Pena Nieto, speaking during a previously scheduled trip to France. "But I also have confidence in the institutions of the Mexican state ... that they have the strength and determination to recapture this criminal."
A custom built tunnel a mile long? Yeah, pardon our doubt el Presidente. If this guy could get out of a "most secure prison," imagine his reach into other prisons. We've heard of a couple Chicago brothers who ought to be sleeping a bit less soundly in their prison beds right now.

UN Nonsense

  • Police brutality, military interrogations and prisons were among the top concerns of a U.N. panel’s report Friday that found the United States to be falling short of full compliance with an international anti-torture treaty.

The report by the U.N. Committee Against Torture, its first such review of the U.S. record since 2006, expressed concerns about allegations of police brutality and excessive use of force by law enforcement officials, particularly the Chicago Police Department’s treatment of blacks and Latinos.

“We recommend that all instances of police brutality and excessive use of force by law enforcement officers are investigated promptly, effectively and impartially by an independent mechanism,” said panel member Alessio Bruni, noting “reported current police violence in Chicago especially against African-Americans and Latino young people.”
We have a problem with an organization citing unproven and manufactured allegations against the CPD when their own soldiers have been charged and convicted (with mountains of actual evidence) involving theft, bribery, mass rapes, child sex/porn rings, and human rights abuses across the third world. Just another distraction from their own stinking backyard.

Put This One to Rest

Bush was telling the truth? Yeah, seems like it:
  • The United States recovered thousands of old chemical weapons in Iraq from 2004 to 2009 and destroyed almost all of them in secret and via open-air detonation, according to a written summary of its activities prepared by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the international body that monitors implementation of the global chemical weapons treaty.

The 30-page summary, prepared after quietly held meetings between the organization’s technical staff and American officials in Washington in 2009, was provided to The New York Times by the Pentagon on Friday.

It included a table disclosing limited details on 95 separate recoveries and destructions of chemical warheads, shells or aviation bombs, for a total of 4,530 munitions from May 2004 through February 2009 — a period of often intense fighting in Iraq.
This is the New York Times reporting it finally - we expect they'll be running corrections over the next decade or so. And we'll probably hear Hillary claim she supported the war after she said she didn't after she voted for it.

Missile Shipment(s)

  • The Obama administration isn’t only giving the Taliban back its commanders — it’s giving them weapons... Miliary [sic] records and sources reveal that on July 25, 2012, Taliban fighters in Kunar province successfully targeted a US Army CH-47 helicopter with a new generation Stinger missile.
And who had possession of the missile(s)?
  • The next day, an explosive ordnance disposal team arrived to pick through the wreckage and found unexploded pieces of a missile casing that could only belong to a Stinger missile.

Lodged in the right nacelle, they found one fragment that contained an entire serial number.

The investigation took time. Arms were twisted, noses put out of joint. But when the results came back, they were stunning: The Stinger tracked back to a lot that had been signed out by the CIA recently, not during the anti-Soviet jihad.
And where was it?
  • ...sources in the US Special Operations community believe the Stinger fired against the Chinook was part of the same lot the CIA turned over to the Qataris in early 2011, weapons Hillary Rodham Clinton’s State Department intended for anti-Khadafy forces in Libya.
So the "What does it matter?" people who claimed over and over that a YouTube video no one saw triggered a "riot" that cost the lives of a US Ambassador and three other Americans were actually part of a CIA weapon running op that went awry? How very Iran-Contra of them.

Back on the Ould Sod

  • Ireland - THE murder rate has jumped by 66pc since the start of the year, according to the latest statistics.

Figures compiled by the gardai show there were 20 murders committed between January 1 and April 30.

This compares with a dozen for the corresponding period in 2013.
We'd blame Deb Kirby if we knew where she was working, but maybe Ireland could benefit from the McCarthy experience and application of Comp-Stat to the skyrocketing murder rate.

Workplace Accident

You hate to hear about incidents like this. It just screams for government attention:
  • BAGHDAD — If there were such a thing, it would probably be rule No. 1 in the teaching manual for instructors of aspiring suicide bombers: Don’t give lessons with live explosives.

In what represented a cautionary tale for terrorist teachers, and a cause of dark humor for ordinary Iraqis, a commander at a secluded terrorist training camp north of Baghdad unwittingly used a belt packed with explosives while conducting a demonstration early Monday for a group of militants, killing himself and 21 other members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, army and police officials said.

Iraqi citizens have long been accustomed to daily attacks on public markets, mosques, funerals and even children’s soccer games, so they saw the story of the fumbling militants as a dark — and delicious — kind of poetic justice, especially coming amid a protracted surge of violence led by the terrorist group, including a rise in suicide bombings.
Hopefully, OSHA-Iraq looks into this and comes up with a series of guidelines and manuals.
