Pullin' for you

Hello! For today's card I used the Boys Will Be Boys cartridge for the cute red wagon. Just a REALLY simple card! I "blinged" it up a bit with the silver glittered glazed brads for hubcaps. I stitched this puppy to within an inch of its life...and then added a stitched ribbon! Holy stitching Batman! Hehehe

The sweet "Pullin' for you" sentiment is from the Country Living stamp set by PinkByDesign. I hope you like my card for today! Have a wonderful day!

Route 66

Happy Friday!!! What??? Day 3 of manly cards??? I just don't know what has gotten into me! ☺ I was totally inspired by my Daddy to make this card. He has even traveled all along route 66 in his classic cars in the past! I'm still making good on my vow to post a project from ALL of my cricut cartridges. For this card, I used the Cars cartridge. I actually only bought it because it was on crazy cheap clearance at Walmart, and frankly, I wanted the rewards points! LOL However, after going through the book I really like it! It has some really fun extras and word art too. But I digress...I used Cher {my Gypsy} to weld two signs together to make a shaped card. The numbers are from the Varsity Letter cricut lite cartridge. To finish it off I went into stitching overkill mode. I swear someone will have to pry my Sakura Gelly Roll Pen from my cold, dead fingers! I ♥ my white pen to the moon and back! I should actually say pens, because I have a stockpile! HEHEHE ☺

Have a FANTASTIC weekend!

Thinking of You

Hello and Happy Friday! I don't usually post personal stuff on here, but if you're the praying kind, we could sure use your prayers! My Father in law had a stroke on Sunday and was then admitted to a rehab facility to get better, but then he suffered a seizure and ended up back in the ICU. He is currently on a ventilator, which they say is sort of a preventative measure, but it is nevertheless terrifying! So, if you care to add him to your prayers, that would be greatly appreciated! Now, back to the craftiness! ;o) I made him a get well card, but haven't posted it....I will be sending this to my Mom in law as a little encouragement...I used the Lacy Labels Cricut Lite cartridge for this card. That cartridge is just downright GORGEOUS! I love love love it!
Just a simple card. I added some pretty prima flowers, and gave the button centers. All papers are from PaperTreyInk.com. Well, I hope that you and yours have a FANTASTIC 4th of July weekend! Later Alligators!

You Rock Card

Hey my peeps! This card was a custom order from my Etsy shop. The client wanted a "you rock" card for a friend that got a promotion in a skincare company. So I took my cue from the colors and packaging of their products. The doll is from Once Upon A Princess and is cut at 3.5 inches. The "You Rock" sentiment is from the Stamping cartridge and is cut at 1 inch. Here are some more views of the card.........

I did a little somethin' to the inside...

All the papers used here are from the Offbeat Collection by Basic Grey. I hope you're having a WONDERFUL day!!!!! I'm off to the post office. ;o)

HUGS!

I hope you dug your card! ;o) ...Now, down to business...This is a double slider card and you can watch Joy's awesome tutorial HERE...Here is what the top looks like open after pulling the ribbon up...

and the bottom that pops out....
This style of card seems pretty complicated, but once you try it you'll be hooked! Oh, almost forgot, all the cuts on this card are from the Sweethearts cricut cartridge. Don't ya just love that tree??!!! Oh, another thing, I wrote their names in the hearts super tiny! ;o) Ahhhh the lovebirds! I hope you had a fabulous weekend....And here's to a great week ahead!

Everybody say it with me...
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY DREW & TERESA!!!

You Wind Me Up

Yep, that's right, I managed to make a robot out of kraft cardstock! LOL I think maybe I should seek out a kraft-o-holic meeting somewhere! ;o) Anyhoozle, I broke in my new Robotz cartridge today, and this was the result. The robot was cut at 3 inches and the gear he is mounted on was cut at 4 inches. This really didn't photograph very well, the colors are better in real life.
HAPPY FRIDAY AND HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!!!
