Feed away little one
I have a dirty secret to admit that sometimes I let Brynn breastfeed nowadays for a prolonged time while I type, check email. or read the mail or talk on the phone. I'm sure she's not feeding the whole time, but she's sure to be quiet as long as I have the boob in mouth. I'm such a loser mom. Anyone else in the same boat?

I haven't been in that boat in like Forever, but yes, I did comfort my boys at the breast. The wonderful thing is our body adjusts perfectly for our baby.
Dude, Elizabeth's record is 90 minutes. And I took her off because I was bored.
Plus, why does that make you a loser mom? I see nothing wrong with it at all!

Oh, not me! I've NEVER given mine an extra bottle, propped with a blanket, just so I could have some peace and quiet. Not ever.

Works for me. I mean works for, G. I do that while I am working from home typing away. I will be talking to my boss and she will be eating/comforting away. Hey my thing if she will do it let her. I don't think that makes you a loser mom. It is bonding time. You and I both struggled to get our littles ones back on the boobies -- so if she will take it now keep it up.
Not a loser mom at all! I did that with Zilla, too. I tried to do it with Nae, but she didn't want to have anything to do with me after about 3 months. You're a FANTASTIC mom!

You can't force a child to BF, they will stop when they're done, so don't worry.
As long as she isn't doing it at TEN. I say have at it.

ummmm, that doesn't make you a loser mom. It makes you an awesome mom. Nothing like being a human pacifier. Might as well multi-tas while yer at it. I do those things all the time while nursing. Never thought twice about it!
Going on 9 months of the same exact thing :) It makes him happy and I can get caught up on some of my adult communication. It's win-win!
That is not loser mom, that is smart mom. And no different then using a paci.
Stop picking on yourself cause if you do it then it leaves nothing for me to do. ;)
