De-Iced Love

Ja, eindelijk, januari is voorbij. Ik vind dat de minst leuke maand van het jaar! Gelukkig is het al februari, de maand van de LIEFDE! En ik vind liefde het belangrijkste in het leven. Dus daarom heb ik een kit gemaakt om verliefd op te worden: De-Iced Love. Het is de tegenhanger van Iced Love, ik vermoed dat beide kits goed te combineren zullen zijn. De-Iced Love de kit bevat 35 papers, 125 elements en 2 alpha's. Daarnaast heb ik extra elements, diamonds, flairs, wordarts en een extra paper pack gemaakt. Natuurlijk ook in een bundel. Alles is 'on sale' in mijn shop.

So I made a kit to fall in love with: De-Iced Love. It's the counterpart of Iced Love, and although I didn't try it yet, I think they could be combined. De-Iced Love the kit has 35 papers, 125 elements and 2 full alphas. Beside that, I made extra elements, diamonds, flairs, wordarts and an extra paper pack. Of course there's a bundle, too. Happy New Year with Flora's Secret!

Voor ons begon het nieuwe jaar goed: we zijn nog een paar dagen naar Disneyland Parijs geweest. Vlak daarvoor vond ik een 'oude liefde' terug: muziek van Enya. Eén van mijn favoriete songs is Flora's Secret.... een nieuwe kit was geboren! Na het luisteren zag ik een geheime bloementuin met dansende elfjes voor me. Dit heb ik vertaald naar mijn nieuwste kit: Flora's Secret. En die is nu in mijn shop te vinden, net als diverse add-ons (flairs, extra elements, extra papers en wordarts) en een bundel! 'On sale' tot mijn nieuwe release!

For us the new year started really well: we made a trip to Disneyland Paris! Right before we went down there, I found an 'old love': music made by Enya. One of my favorite songs is Flora's Secret.... a new kit was born! After listening to that song I saw a secret garden with lots of flowers and dancing fairies. I 'translated' it into my newest kit: Flora's Secret. It's now in my shop, just like several add-ons (flairs, extra elements, extra papers and wordarts) and a bundle! Of course it's all 'on sale' until I have a new release!

Ni hao! Welcome to China

Gisteren werd de 7de Designer Challenge van MouseScrappers gereleased. Mijn gedeelte ging over Shan Yu, de tegenstander van Mulan. Nadat ik die minikit klaar had, ben ik begonnen met een grote kit over deze Chinese Prinses. Het is een Chinese kit met een heleboel meisjesdingen erbij. Ik ben zelf erg blij met het resultaat. Het is deze week met 50% korting te vinden in mijn shop. Natuurlijk heb ik ook nog een freebie, scroll daarvoor naar beneden.

Yesterday was the release of the 7th Designer Challenge at MouseScrappers. My part was about Shan Yu, Mulan's opponent. After finishing that minikit, I decided to honour that Chinese Princess with her own big kit. It turned out to be a kit with Chinese stuff and jampacked with 'girly'things. I'm really pleased with the result. This week it's available in my shop with 50% refund. Of course I made a freebie with it as well, scroll down to find it.

Designer Challenge #7

Het is weer zover, de onthulling van de Designer Challenge op MouseScrappers. Deze keer was het thema 'Villains', oftwel de Disney schurken. Ieder mocht z'n eigen favoriet uitkiezen. Ik heb gekozen voor Shan Yu, de vechter tegen het Chinese Imperium en de tegenstander van Mulan. Deze keer heb ik het anders aangepakt. Ik heb een minikit voor in mijn shop gemaakt (zie morgen) en een sample daarvan is mijn inzending voor de Desinger Challenge.

It's that time of the month, the release of the Desinger Challenge at MouseScrappers. This time things went a little bit different. The theme was 'Villains' and everybody had to choose their favorite. I picked Shan Yu, the fighter against the Chinese Empire and Mulan's opponent. I did things a little bit different this time; I made a minikit to go in my shop (tomorrow) and a sample of it is my part of the Desinger Challenge.

Of course I'll join in the bloghop. To go with this minikit I made an alpha (lowercase, uppercase, numbers and punctuation).

Basic Black and Yellow

Vandaag weer twee nieuwe releases in mijn Basic Kits serie: Black en Yellow. De eerste om een klassieke uitstraling te geven, de tweede voor een beetje zonneschijn in je scrapsels. Natuurlijk heb ik ook zelf een pagina gemaakt, waarbij ik beide kits heb gecombineerd!

Today I have two new releases in my Basic Kits sequence: Black and Yellow. The first one to add some classical touches, the second to throw some sunshine into your pages. Of course I made a page myself in which I combined both kits!

Het is vandaag alweer 11 jaar geleden dat de wereld door één terreurdaad voorgoed veranderde. Voor mij is het wel één van de meest indrukwekkende gebeurtenissen uit de recente geschiedenis geweest. Dus daarom: een freebie zodat we dit nooit vergeten!
Today it's 11 years ago that by one terrorist act the world changed forever. Fot me it's one of the most impressive acts that happened in recent history. So that's why: a freebie so we'll never forget!

Rebel at the Park

Vandaag niet 1 maar 2 nieuwe releases! De eerste is gemaakt met de zelfde kleuren als van de Designer Challenge. Ik vond de kleuren erg jongens- en dierentuinachtig, dus die twee heb ik gecombineerd. Dat resulteerde in Boys at the Park, in de sale tot aan mijn nieuwe release!

De tweede kit is gebaseerd op de nieuwste Disney prinses. Aangezien zij rebeleert tegen het regiem van haar father, heb ik die kit Rebel Girl genoemd. Ook deze is in de sale!

Today I don't have just 1 new release, no I have 2 new kits to go in my store. The first one is made with the same colors I used for the Designer Challenge. I thought these colors were quite boy-ish and zoo-ish, so I combined these two into Boys at the Park. It's on sale untill my next release!

The second kit is based on the newest Disney Princess. Because she rebeling against her father's regime, I named this kit Rebel Girl. This one is on sale too!

Morgen heb ik ook nog een grote release, gemaakt in het zelfde thema en met de zelfde kleuren. En ik heb ook een freebie gemaakt voor de blogtrain. Today is the release of the complete kit made for Designer Challenge #5 at MouseScrappers. Of course I joined in and made a minikit. Ook Designs by Sarah heeft meegedaan met de Designer Challenge en ook zij is te vinden in de blogtrain. Zij heeft echter ook een grote kit gemaakt met een paar kleine kleuraanpassingen: Robotica. Je kan alle info vinden op haar website: Designs by Sarah. En natuurlijk heb ik met haar kit ook een knutsel gemaakt.

En ook FranB Designs heeft mee gedaan met de Designer Challenge! En ook zij heeft de kleuren gebruikt om een grotere kit te maken (Spacey), naast de freebie op haar blog en de minikit in de complete kit. Natuurlijk heb ik weer een knutsel gemaakt, met Buzz Lightyear! ;-)

And FranB Designs joined in the Designer Challenge, too! And she also made a bigger kit to go in her stores (Spacey), besides the part for the challenge and her part for the blogtrain. And I made a layout, of course! ;-)

New shop, new CT

Vandaag opent mijn CT-lid Kelly dan eindelijk haar eigen winkeltje by Scrapable onder de naam 'Arts and Ains'. Ze heeft mij gevraagd of ik ook wat voor haar wilde knutselen, dus bij deze! De eerste kit is Down at the County Fair. De tweede is From Sea to Shining Sea. En ook al woon ik niet in Amerika, toch kon ik iets knutselen met haar kits! Zie hier het resultaat! ;-)

Today my CT-member Kelly finally opens here own store at Scrapable using the name 'Arts and Ains'. She asked me if could create something for her, so here it is!
