I cannot believe I have turned 26. Wasn't it just yesterday when I was still a tertiary student? Those days really seem so near yet so far.

My 26th birthday - indeed one of the worst birthdays ever. Cos' I was tucked away in school and at some cafe thereafter, trying my best to mark fast and furious. How sad that my birthday always falls during/near the exam period, when I was a student and now even at work. However, the exam periods seemed to usually end just right before my birthday, unlike this year. :( Nevertheless, I am glad that Dumbo was around with me on this saddest birthday (aka marking date) ever. Thank you! Your presence added that one and only special touch to the day. Hmmm, how oxymoronic. Depressing yet uplifting!

I have this ideal age of getting married since I grew out of my adolescent years. Yes, the magic number is 26. It feel rather amazing that I am indeed, fulfilling this ideal of mine. A milestone in my life! Turning 26 does not seem that bad now huh? Hehe. 

I had been deprived of life during the exam marking period that I am pretty much looking forward to the belated birthday celebration with the band girls this Sunday. High-tea! Haha. Feels like I haven't had enough good food in the past few weeks. Dreaming of all the tantalising sweet treats now...

Enough of random ramblings for the day. 2 more days to Friday!!!

Struggling with the piles of papers. Gonna be the worst birthday week ever. :(
