Katherine Label Pop Up

Here's another of Karen Burniston's new dies called Katherine Label Pop Up.  I followed the same design as shown on the packaging.  It's simple to follow and has such a fun element of surprise when you open the card.
When you open the card, the "Thanks" pops up and hovers on the right side of the card.  The Katherine Label Die would be great to use just for the decorative labels on flat cards.
Happy Stampin',
Raquel

Crazy 4 Challenges - Green

It is our Crazy 4 Challenges hostess Barbara Anders' birthday month and the gem stone for May is emerald.  So the team is using some shade of green on our cards today.
I fancified (a made up term by yours truly) a pre-made card by adding a little bit of the necessary color of emerald to this card.  I used a ruler and Glorious Green Stampin' Write Marker to add a border and trace over the "Thank you".  For an extra touch, I fancified the envelope too!
Happy Stampin',

Crazy 4 Challenges - Thank You

Today is National Nurses Day!  The Crazy 4 Challenges team is forever grateful to all the wonderful nurses.  Our cards today are a thank you card for all those special people.
This card came together quickly with just a few supplies - and several of them were gifted to me 😃.  I used some Elizabeth Craft Designs' dies called Thank You and Stitched Rectangles to create a simple card front.  I added some Whisper White Thick Bakers Twine and a button - easy.
I kept the inside simple by adding a Stitched Rectangle die cut in the same bright lime green color.  There's lots of room to write my thanks to the recipient.
Happy Stampin',
Raquel

Crazy 4 Challenges - Sketch

It's the third Saturday of the month and that means it's sketch time with Crazy 4 Challenges.  I thought the Stampin' Up! stamp set called Vertical Greetings was perfect for this sketch.  I stamped the potted trees using Stampin' Write Markers to get the multiple colors.  For the sentiment (Suite Sentiments), I used black, Dapper Denim, and Pacific Point Classic Ink.
The card base and the glitter paper was gifted to me - thanks very much Carol.  Oh how I love glitter paper 😍.  I am also noticing that my rectangles are crooked....oops.

Happy Stampin',
Raquel

Bella & Friends

I stamped this adorable little dog from Stampin' Up!'s  Bella & Friends stamp set.  I must admit that I haven't been coloring lately and it sure felt good to color again!  I stamped Bella onto Karen Burniston's Labels & Circles die cuts.  I also added a few banners from the Anita Frames Pop Up.
I used Anita Frames Pop Up for the inside of my card and it really makes such an impact.  All of the labels in the center are included in the Anita Frames Pop Up set.  In fact, lots of fabulous decorator dies are included in the set like the banners and the brackets (the rust "L" looking pieces).  To string the banner, I folded the card and punched a 1/8" hole through both pieces.  Then I was able to put the twine through both sides and keep it put with a little staple.
Happy Stampin',
Raquel

You've Got This

I have been needing some Thank You cards recently, so I decided to replenish my stock.  I made this Thank You card using a Stampin' Up! stamp set called You've Got This.
I stamped the flower onto Shimmery White cardstock using Encore Gold and covered with gold embossing poweder then heat set.  I colored the flower using several different colors of ink refills and an Aquapainter.
For the background, I sponged Watermelon Wonder, Cucumber Crush & Delightful Dijon onto retired Irisistably Yours DSP from the SAB catalog.  To get this same look, use Color Me Irristible DSP from the current catalog.
The sentiment is from Sassy Salutations and stamped onto a Banners Framelits.

Happy Stampin',
Raquel
