Two more finishes.

The labels are on.

This quilt is ready to be parcelled off to a proud grandma to be.

With the second quilt being sent off to a great Aunty.

I know they are very narrow and won't be following these measurement again.

Happy news.

Candice my eldest who left home at 17 has retuned home after being out on her own 2 years.

I am pleased she is home and won't take it for granted that she is living with is again as who knows how long before she up and leaves again.

After helping her unpack her car and buying some more cube shelves from Bunnings to store her clothes in.

I spent the afternoon machine quilting the baby quilt.

I am happy with the result and only have to sew down the binding.

A great weekend.

Sewing group

Tonight I went to sewing group. Well I nearly finished the centre of the quilt. I have to remove a blue set and add a red one as it was big enough.

Now to cut some white and blue borders.

I also bought some of the new Xmas range.

Oops there is a shadow. Might show more when I start to put it together

New sewing group

Tomorrow I am going to be joining a new group of ladies for an evening of sewing.

I am going to take along my baby quilt.
 To sew together.
I am adding s red row upon request from the grandmother, a white border than a blue and bind with white.

I have now had a request for a second quilt but I would live to use these fabrics.

I have to make a row and see of the great Aunty loves it
