Here is my take for this challenge. I've made a greeting card. I've used my own designed stamp 'Floral Zen' from January release. :) Super happy to use my designed one for this first challenge of year 2018!! :)
Here it is...

It's a One Layer Card and I've chosen pink cardstock for that. I first stamped this floral in the middle of my cardstock then heat embossed with gold. I stamped and heat embossed again this image partly here n there for completing my background. Water colored them using Zig Markers. Used my color pencils for giving it a finishing touch.
Here are some closeups..

I've created a video too about all the coloring of this card. Here it is...

Here is the pic of my designed stamp set which I've used for creating this card..

Cards using October release

Hello Friends Pooja here with second batch of inspirations for this month. I have gone soft and subtle with first card. The background is created using beaded Stencil and layered stitched bubble die-cut over it.

The butterflies are from Doodled Butterfly set and so is the sentiment.

For my next card I used the negative of fern flourish die (By now you must have known I love using negative of die-cuts more than the positives).

Its a clear shaker card. I have stitched two acetate sheets together with some sequins sandwiched between them. You can see some the sequins inside the ferns in this picture

Third and the final card for October is simplest.Created the texture by applying texture paste through abstract triangles stencil.

I wanted all the focus to be on fern die-cut so kept the design very clean. The sentiment is from Stringy text set.

I hope you enjoyed the post and loved my cards .

Create your own Magic!

Hello everyone! It's Juhi with my second post for this month. So without wasting any time let's dive into the projects.

Project 1:
Magical Fairies Card with Peek-a-boo designs stamps
My first card uses the Magical Fairies set. I just love these Fairy silhouettes and they look even better stamped on Kraft cardstock! I created the oval frame around the fairy by die-cutting an ink blended cardstock panel.

Project 2:
CAS red and black card with Peek-a-boo designs dies
I made this card without using any stamps, yay!! That's a first for me. I love stamping and can't resist using stamps on my cards. This card is made exclusively using dies from the July release. I've diesut the "Love" word die along with the heart die and Graceful Lattice dies with red self adhesive glitter foam and layered it with black card stock.

Project 3:
Bold striped background card with Peek-a-boo designs stamps
My final card uses the Flower in a Jar set. I first created the background by creating a mask with strips of washi tape and adding black soot distress ink. I then stamped the jar on vellum and colored it with watercolor pencils. I stamped the flowers on white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. Finally I fussy cut all the elements and added them on the striped card base.
