Jag älskar julen...inte den här trendiga komersiella överösningen av prylar som drabbar en redan efter allhelgonahelgen...utan den stilla, genuina och vackra känslan jag kan få över att julen närmar sig. Om jag får vara ärlig så kan jag bli så trött på "trender", som t.e.x den lantliga fransk-danska stilen...när något blir inne...så ska det vara överallt, i alla heminredningstidningar visas reportage efter reportage med nästan exakt samma innehåll fast från olika hem...i inredningaffärer blir man anfallen av alla "shabby chic" attribut: madonnastatyer, kuddar med madonnamotiv, zinkprylar och kors. Aj aj aj...nu sticker man ut hakan! Men jag skall berätta en hemlighet:

Ha! I´m also that trendy and tiresom repeating all the things that I actually think are gorgeous...and silly enough these things make me happy just by looking at them! So please allow yourself to drewl! All the pictures in this post are from various interior decorating shops like: Nordhjem, Alvas hus, Magnolia living, Country by mail, Chic Antique, Petit Crapaud, Fridas gård, Himmelrommet, Linneas hage...and more. They are all quite known among Swedish interior decorating freaks like me!
Vitt...vitt....visst vi i mörka Norden behöver nog allt ljus vi kan få och en skyddande Madonna kan kännas fint! (Fast hemma hos mig finns inte många vita väggar...och faktiskt inte en enda Madonna i sikte ...än!) Man vet aldrig ... Jag kanske blir jättetrendig rätt vad det är! Jag har ju en denna månads header i alla fall!!
Jag köper ALLA de där inredningstidningarna, nummer efter nummer...och går i ALLA de där inredningsbutikerna....och dreglar!!....visst är det nåt konstigt med det feminina könet??
I love christmas...not that trendy commercial overload of stuff in all the stores that starts just after halloween...but the quiet genuine beautiful feeling I can get when I know christmas is getting closer. If I can be honest I can get a bit tired of all "trendy" trends as for example the French danish shabby shic country style. When something gets "hot" It´s everywhere...in ALL the interior decorating magazines where the articles show the exact same things ...just in different homes...and in the interior decorating shop You get attacked by all the Madonna statues , pillows with madonna motifs, zinc buckets and crosses. Ooooops...now I will get in trouble for saying this! But I will tell You a secret:
I buy ALL the interior decorating magazines...issue after issue...and visit ALL the interior decorating shops...and drewl!!...the female sex is strange isn´t it??
MEN...kan man inte få efterlysa LITE personlighet och egna unika idéer??...eller?? Jag menar...det finns ju en risk att det blir LITE tjatigt!
..eller??...Nä men guuuud va fiiint!!
BUT...wouldn´t one want to see a LITTLE more personality and some unique personal ideas??...or?? I mean...there is a slight chance of one getting bored with the same stuff everywhere!

White...white...It´s obvious that we who are living up here in the North need all the light we can get and a protecting Madonna can feel nice! (But there are not many walls painted white in my home...and not a single Madonna in sight...yet!) You never know...I might get o so trendy someday! At least I´ve got one in this months header !!
Hur som helst...jag längtar till julen med allt fejande, bakande och pyntande! Och i år ska jag inte stressa...om det nu går!
Anyway...I long for christmas with all the cleaning (yes!) baking and decorating! And this year I´m not going to be stressed about it...if that´s possible!
Ha en trevlig helg i väntan på Advent! Ses snart! Och visst jag...Min gamla trotjänare till dator är tillbaks igen...TACK!
