"What didn't you think of !" Said one of Pam's Guests as she left her wedding at Castle Hill Inn

For us, one of the most memorable parts of our wedding day was at the conclusion of our event. As each and every guest left for the evening they stated how perfect everything was and that we truly thought of everything. What a great compliment! And we could not have accomplished that without the help of Nancy.

Our wedding was a destination wedding. So hiring a wedding planner was critical for us in order to find the best vendors, in the shortest amount of time in Newport, RI. We wanted to hire someone who was going to help make the process fun, less frustrating and defiantly less stressful. Nancy took the time and patience to listen to all of our ideas, she added in her expert opinion and together we created a wedding celebration that surpassed our expectations. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day knowing that all of the details were being taken care of by Nancy, someone we trusted to tend to every detail and then some. No words seem enough to express our appreciation for all of her help with our wedding. We were so thrilled with how everything turned out.

Nancy was truly an invaluable part of our wedding celebration and we could not have planned such a special and memorable wedding without her help.

Real Wedding at Castle Hill Inn

I want to Thank Pam Paul for inviting me to be their wedding planer. Many thanks to Dillon her son,for helping me set up the escort cards and the children's VIP table.

A Kid Friendly Wedding

My bride Pam wanted her son Dillon to feel not just special at her wedding,
but a
Co-Host
of the wedding weekend.





She started by incorporated his name in to the welcome program.

The City by the Sea

During the wedding ceremony he will walk his Mother down the aisle as the ring bearer. Then present a rose to his new step father to welcome him in to "his" family.
The 10 invited children will be dining with the grownups, but a very special V.I.P. table will be created just for him to entertain his guests in style. A slurry of toys, coloring books and arts and crafts will be on hand at this special table.
For desert a wedding cake will be cut by the bride and groom with a interactive Ice cream bar set up especially for Dillan.
The band hired for the wedding was a young group of performers. Their energy and style will be the perfect fit for this cross generational group.

Its going to be a joyful and fun wedding for all!
