Sailing Boutonnieres
While most of the floral details will focus on the bride and the reception don’t think of the groom and groomsmen’s boutonnieres as an afterthought. This small accessory can add the groom’s personality to his wedding day look. Many brides will have their florist select a single bloom from the bride’s bouquet for the groom’s boutonniere but there are other options. New York based floral designer nancy Swiezy has just launched a complete line of “Sea Side Boutonnieres” that allow the groom to wear a custom designed boutonniere that reflects the wedding’s location, theme or his favorite pastime.

Amanda-Elizabeth
Amanda Elizabeth Jewelry offers something sparkly for the groom on his wedding day. The artist makes flower-shaped boutonnieres in silver, copper or gold. Designs include carnations, thistles and oak leaves. After the wedding, the memento can be displayed in a shadow box.
