TSOT: Praying For You

Hello, friends!  It's time for another fabulous sketch from Try Stampin' On Tuesday!!!  Since I've had to write quite a few the last month, I thought I'd make a sympathy card "just in case."  It was really hard to make the 4 I needed to spur of the moment and so if I make some to keep on hand, maybe it will be easier to write them, you know?

TSOT: Spring Tulips

Hello, friends!  I wish that spring was upon us but, alas, this is not the case!  We've gotten over 20 inches of snow dumped on us over the past week here in KS!!!  It's been crazy.  It feels like just yesterday that we were complaining that it was 70*F in November...but I digress!  It's time for another fabulous sketch challenge from Try Stampin' On Tuesday!!!

I haven't used this tulip set as much as I'd like to and since I felt that I needed a little SPRING, I grabbed it and used it!  I love the way this turned out--the pop of color is perfect!

I once again used a sentiment from a Paper Smooches set (HERE), paper and twine from my scrap drawer, the rest of my supplies are by SU!.

I went for bold and bright colors as I'm sick of the dreariness that is winter.  Sorry, winter lovers.  It hasn't snowed here, it's just barren.  This card went to a dear friend of mine thanking her for her sweet friendship. :)

The digi's a freebie from Whimsie Doodles that I just thought was too funny!  I turned the card into a get well card and recently sent it to a friend who's under the weather.  EEK!  Flu season--I hope none of you have it!  The rest of the supplies are by Stampin' Up! except the rhinestones and patterned paper from my stash.
