Broccoli With Sausage


Ingredients:
Broccoli Florets – 1 Cups
Sausage -1 cup
Bell peppers(Green,Red and Yellow)– 1 cup
Potato,Carrot  -1/4 cup
Sliced Onions – 1 medium
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
Hot & Sweet Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:
1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet. Add all the vegetables,sausage and salt,close the lid and cook in low flame.
2.Add 2 tsp Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Hot and Sweet Tomato Sauce and mix well.
3.Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes so that the gravy is coated thoroughly on the vegetables.
4.Serve as a side dish along with Roti or Bread.

Sausage Egg Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 eggs
3 chicken sausages
1 onion
Few curry leaves
Few corindar leaves
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste

Method:
1.Slice the sausage and marinate the sausage using chilli powder and fry in little oil and keep it aside.
2.Now mix all other ingrediants except oil in a bowel.
3.1.Heat oil in a wok and put the fried sausage and egg mixture.Cover the egg with sausages.Now cook untile done.

Sausage Potato Sticks And Award

Ingredients:
Sausage -5
Potato -1
Tomato Chili Sauce -1tsp
soya sauce -1/2tsp
pepper powder -1/2tsp
Cucumber for garnishing -2
Bread crumbs
Egg -1
Salt to taste
Oil frying
Bamboo sticks

Method:
1.Cook Sausage and Potato.
2.Take a bowel and mix Tomato Chili Sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder, Salt.Make a paste of it.
3.Now mix this with Sausage and Potato.And keep it aside for half an hour.
4. Thread one piece of Sausage and Potato onto sticks.
5. First dip this into the egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
6. .Deep fry it in oil. Take it out of the oil when it is of a golden brown colour.
7. Garnish with Cucumber.

Bread Sausage Pizza


Ingredients:

• 7 Bread Slices
• 1 Capsicum green (sliced)
• 1 Tomato (sliced)
• 10 Black olives (sliced)
• 4 sausage sliced and fried
• 1 Capsicum red (sliced)
• 4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
• 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce

Preparation

1.Pre heat the ovan in 150 degree.
2.Take a bread slice and spread it with pizza sauce.
3.Spread the vegetable and sausage mixture on the bread and garnish it with mozzarella cheese.
3.Grill the bread in an oven or over tawa for 3-4 minutes, or till the bread is crispy and the cheese melts.
4.Bread Pizza is ready to serve. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

Sausage Dosa

For Dosa Batter :
1 cup White rice
1/2 cup split black gram lentil salt
1/4tsp fenugreek seeds

How to make dosa batter:
Soak rice, dal and fenugreek seeds for 6 hours.
Then grind them to a fine thin batter by adding little water.
Add salt to it and leave it covered for 12 hours.

For Sausage
Chicken Sausage -3
Onion -1
Ginger Garlic paste -1/4 tsp
Tomato -1
Curry leaves- A few
Chilly pdr -1/2 tsp (I used Kashmiri chilli powder)
Chicken Masala -1/2 tsp

Method

1.Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, curry leaves and saute well.
2.Now add Ginger Garlic paste and sauté for another 5 minuts.
3.Now add all the masala sauté till its raw smell goes.Now add Tomato and Chicken Sausage and cook untile done.
4.Now heat a non stick tawa and spread the batter on the whole of the pan.
5.Now spread the sausage mix.and cook on the both side.

Sausage Capsicums Roast

Ingredients:

Chicken Sausage -4
Capsicum -1 medium size
Green Chilly -2
Onion -1
Ginger paste -1/4 tsp
Garlic paste -1/4 tsp
Tomato -1
Curry leaves- A few
Chilly pdr -1/2 tsp (I used Kashmiri chilli powder)
Chicken Masala -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric pdr -1/4 tsp
Thick coconut milk-1/4 cup
Oil -3 tsp
Salt –As reqd
Coriander leafs-A few

Method

1.Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, curry leaves and saute well.
2.When it turns into golden colour put ginger garlic paste,green chilli, Capsicum, Sausage, salt and all powders.
3.Mix well and saute for another couple of minutes.
4.Add sliced tomato .Cook well and make it into a fine gravy.
5.When the gravy starts to thicken,add coconut milk.Remove from fire befor it starts to boil. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
6.Garnish with Coriander leafs and curry leaves.

Bread Sausage Upma

Sometimes we want to cook a quick meal for dinner or lunch and we expect it to be delicious too. Bread Upma is that kind of dish which is easy to make and yummy too. And it sometime helps you to get rid of your bread which is sitting in your kitchen for a long time. Here you go…

Ingredients:

Bread - 4 slices
Sausage-2
Carrot frozen-1/4 cup
Peas frozen -1/4 cup
Chopped onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green Chilly - 2
Minced garlic - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup-2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaf-1
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces or according to your preference.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry Sausage and keep aside.Now add mustard seeds. Once they pop up add minced garlic followed by onions.
3. Saute them till onions get cooked.
4. Now add the chopped tomatoes, Carrot, green, Peas, Curry leaf,chillies and salt. stir well.
5. Let the veg get cooked. Add the bread, Sausage and Tomato ketchup keep on tossing.
6. Bread should get toasted and combined well.
7. Once it is done, remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with/without ketchup.
