THAT'S MY DAY OFF

                              Woohoo, i finally had my blocked date to attend the hand stitch workshop on 24th,
October 2013 by A Japanese Teacher , Akita Keiko' .  .
Everyone says she has a dancing fingers. She sew the running stitch on the joining pieces  with fast n accurate ..Till i  Don't know what to say.....       Sincerely respect Teacher Akita Keiko with her dancing fingers.
Erm , meanwhile.... oops i haven't complete the homework yet.... Nvm, i will post my homework here once finish....ya.  Last thanks to Teacher Akita Keiko of her sharing .

The bag is fully handstitch. 

Look , Isn't it beautiful ,The applique and the embroidery are done by hand. Teacher Akita Keiko.

BACK ON MY WORK

Too many small pieces fabrics left. I had to make use of them.

Cut out  of 2 and half inches square box to mix match on patching.

Mark on my calender on the date of start work 7/8/2013. I wonder how long can i complete it?

A SINGLE APPLIQUE QUILT

It took me two months to complete this quilt. I carry the small pcs of the fabric with me wherever i go, so that i may sew by hand on the applique. I realize myself have non stop doing quilt since the dated i crazy on patchwork or applique quilt.

I use a Navy blue as outer border, but the picture does not outcome the colors.

It will be sending out to Singapore on friday. I will have to miss it so much.

乐趣无熊的苏女孩。ADORABLE LITTLE SUE QUILT

Finally 把乐趣无熊的苏女孩被完成了。是加藤礼子的Sue & Billy Pattern Book.On November 2011,开启做applique.

But cant complete the applique due to had something on.

This year of 2012 middle of February, i began on the applique again.. and search for the fabric on the sashing and borders. I found the dark brown fabric from  famous designer Yako Saito .

Match with the soft green  fabric from RJR. To make a quilt is not a easy job. The most stressful part is sitting down on the floor for basting. each time basting, i will be occur bad ache. 

Noted tat from Emma, tagging gun is very useful for basting. So i bought two gun from Emma.

I use the tagging gun on the quilt, wow , is really good. I complete the basting in an hour and i dunt feel any back ache. Here i really appreciate and many thanks to Emma for her sharing experience on the tagging gun.

The most happier is this is my first try on free motion quilting as from the past i had did the quilting on walking foot. And i found that free motion quilting is really save a lot of time on quilting.

Finally completed on the 4th of April 2012. Will be send out to Singapore next week. Miss it lo.^^

可爱的苏女孩，我就快要把你完成了。啊啊啊。

还剩包边和刺绣，希望仍多加油，就可出芦了。

Adorable Little Su quilt, i almost have complete it. Now i am work hard on the bias and a little 

embroidery  stitch on the patch. Yohoo...

COUNTRY COLLECTIONS 鄉村风格

很久没做贴布，手痒痒的把以前买的书翻出来，找idea。找到了鄉村风格书。

儿子和媳妇喜欢鄉村风格，她们俩的婚礼在今年11月。我虽兰 把这齐片贴布完成了，但还不 够做一张被。

要赶工了，希望能在年尾送上。

I haven't sew applique quite a couple of months. My son is going to hold a weeding celebration end of this year. Besides this, his new house is under renovations will move in after their wed. I though of make a country - style quilts for them. I just completed part of the applique and need to go on further more. I pray to hope that i can be complete it before end year.
