Mrs. Bannock County - Kimberly Paige

Kimberly just spoke to 5 health classes at Irving Middle school here
in Pocatello about "Speaking Out Against Bulling". This was a great
experience and had a blast being able to not only teach but learn from
these 6th and 7th graders.

Lacey Wirkus, Mrs. Star Garnet, was amazing at putting flyers together and organizing pickup of shoes, for Shoes for Love at Eastern Idaho's Biggest Garage Sale. With Kimberly Paige, Mrs. Bannock County, they were able to get one and a half truck beds of shoes in one hour. The people were so generous and it helped these queens put their goal into action.

One of the craziest experiences I have ever had was being a judge at the Mr. ISU pageant. I saw talents from playing a guitar, ball room dancing, to even a skit about the politics of big businesses. These guys were truly outstanding and a great group of guys to represent the college town of Pocatello.

SEI Bridal and Prom Expo

Mrs. Pocatello - Camille Gilbert, Mrs. Idaho Falls - Chelsey Kelley and Mrs. Bannock County - Kimberly Paige were all beautiful models for the 2013 SEI Bridal and Prom Expo in Blackfoot.  They strutted their stuff in beautiful gowns and helped teach other girls how to walk in heels.  It was a fun event bringing back memories of the our own special day where we married our Mr. Right

Mrs. Bannock County - Kimberly Paige

Service Saturday is one Saturday each month that many community projects open their doors to extra help. This last Service Saturday I was able to help Habitat for Humanity put together all of their pictures for decorations. It was wonderful to go through all the pictures and see how much they have done for others. I was able to talk to them more about volunteering, and they were excited to get a public figure to have a voice for them in the community. Can't wait to tackle the next project they send my way!

Mrs. Idaho, Mrs. Bannock County, Mrs. Star, Mrs. Ada County - Miss Amazing Pageant

I had the opportunity to be apart of the Idaho Miss Amazing pageant. It was an incredible experience to meet and watch 22 beautiful girls with disabilities shine like super stars in interview and on stage! We laughed, we cried and we had a great time.

Jennifer Claassen (red dress) is the director of the Miss Amazing Pageant.  She put on an amazing program for these girls and we are so excited to have such an incredible woman running for Mrs. Idaho.   Jennifer Claassen in now Mrs. City of Trees!

KTVB's Maggie O'Mara was the host for the evening.

Mrs. Meridian - Tegan Brown, Mrs. Star - Whitney Dickman & Mrs. Bannock County - Kimberly Paige

Santa's Toy Box is a project where donated items are put into a store and parents of hospitalized kids get to come pick out toys for all of their kids to be delivered to their hospital room on Christmas morning. This program helps release those financial burdens and stress that comes with the holidays to those families already facing hard times. Tegan Brown, Mrs. Meridian, Whitney Dickman, Mrs. Star, and Kimberly Paige, Mrs. Bannock County, helped with the wrapping of presents for all the families. We were able to have fun while helping a wonderful cause.

Kimberly Paige - Mrs. Bannock County

Bingo at ISU was a blast. I was able to meet different families that are wanting to start up family activities that get their families more active. The Bingo night was invited to everyone in the community and gave lots of chances to meet and greet others that live in this area. I didn't win, but their is always next time!

For my spinning class, they had me come and talk to the class about how to make exercising a family event. To help make exercising more fun, we decided to have a black light glow party for the spinning class, and dress up in our best glowing outfit. It was wonderful and we had a bunch of fun pictures taken. Now for the next endeavor getting a glow party for our kids to exercise in!
