Christmas fun!

We had such an amazing Christmas! The girls were so much fun! We were extra lucky to have Grandma Stewie come to visit for Christmas too! I still have so many posts to do of all the fun times we had! It was so nice to have a fun time as a family! It's always so hard to get back into life and have Daddy go back to work! We all have withdrawals! I love Lucy's expression on this! Too cute!

We started a new tradition of getting the girls a Madame Alexander doll. Then by the time they are grown they will have a nice little collection! Sadie got Strawberry Shortcake since that is in her room.

Lucy got "Skip to my Lou"

Cute little Lucy riding a fun toy from Grandma Christy and Grandpa Bob.

We have always had the tradition to throw all the wrapping paper up in the air and let it fall on us. Then we lay in the wrapping paper and bury ourselves in it.

Santa spoiled us this year and brought the girls a swing set! They could not believe it! They squealed and ran to it and instantly began having so much fun! We are enjoying it just as much as they do...since it gives them something to entertain themselves on!

Grandma Stewie doing tricks with Lucy!

Sadie got her very own digital camera! Yeah! Now she won't steal mine! She loves it and had to bring it with her everywhere! She'd say, "Oh, I need to bring my camera!" It is so funny to look through the shots and see what her eyes are drawn to!
Grandma and Grandpa Stewie got the girls this doll house! They love it and love to play barbies on it! It's too cute! Trevor got Sadie the cool car parked outside!
Playin'!

That is so cute! I love Lucy's expression that is classic! Evka said that she wants to come play with the doll house, and the swing set, tell Sadie for her! You guys are so cute!!!!

Seeing this post with pictures means your computer is fixed, right?!?! Oh, I just love the one of Lucy's expression, that is like the dream picture you want on Christmas morning! Glad Sadie likes the cool car and sorry that the Barbie inside was dressed like a hooker! I want a swing set so bad but Damon is a grump on the matter! Hope you are still having fun with all the new toys!

Fun Christmas!!! They got some pretty cool stuff. I always got a Madame doll for Christmas, too. I started that with my girls when Kate and Megan were babies, but haven't done it since. I'll have to start that again. My collection, however, is still in boxes. :(

Fun pictures. Looks like a GREAT time. It would be interesting to see some of the pictures Sadie is taking. I was wanting to get Allie a digital camera, and decided not to thinking maybe she really wasn't old enough for it...but now I'm thinking I should just get her one for her birthday.
That swing set looks awesome! What a blast!!!

That is a FUN Christmas! That swing set is AMAZING...no wonder it took "santa's helpers" so long to put it together. Fun to see the pictures. 143

Now here is a post where I don't just feel the merriment through the wonderful pictures and blog entry...I WAS THERE....I KNOW THE FUN OF EACH AND EVERY MOMENT OF THESE PICTURES. I actually took some of them. I love Sadie's hair flying in the moment of the swing set ride...I love the trio picture of you & Chris and Sadie...and I know we tried to get Lulu in the picture too, but she 'wouldn't have it'. I can see your girls will love the tradition of 'getting buried in the wrapping paper' and it 'snowing wrapping paper'. They fell right into that one...loved it! What a wonderful day it was, sharing Christmas with the Monson Family. I miss you guys! Thanks for the memories~

PS Santa's helpers get a 'high five' for enduring the cold into the wee hours of the night. Such dedication, such love....
