Ancient temples
A couple of ancient temples. Chris Maddison made the Temple of Ares, and Yacapo made Attack of the Kraken.

Oops, I forgot to count down the remaining winners of the Eurobricks Architecture contest. Third went to Lisqr's Great Wall of China.

Jackie Britton
I've been totally remiss in not posting about Jackie Britton. Her amazing world-wide exploration is back on, and for the past three months she's been in Central and South America, seeing Unesco World Heritage sites like Qiuto and Tikal.

Jackie's mid life crisis gap year
Check out the blog Jackie's mid life crisis gap year, A jaunt around world heritage sites, with some Lego. Jackie Britton decided to take a year off from working to travel to as many UNESCO World Heritage sites as she could. That's totally cool in and of itself, but she's sharing her journey with us in both photos and microscale models of each site she visits. She started her travels a month ago in Morocco and then moved on to Portugal and Spain, and so far she's visited sites including Ait-ben-Haddou in Morocco, the Holy Chapel of El Salvador in Ubeda, Sapinand and Seville Cathedral. I'm sure I'll be following this blog carefully and will bring some of the MOCs over here to MicroBricks.
