The Winner Is
Few weeks ago hubby and I went to a Rose show in Frederick Mejiers at Grand Rapids, Michigan. For the very first time of my life I saw roses in different shade, size and shapes. But was very surprised when I found out that the grand price winner is this yellow beautiful five petal rose.
Are you not surprise? It is great to know that the origin of rose flower has five petals just like an apple blossom. My lighting it's not that good but at least you see the winning piece of this year Rose show. Is that so pretty? How I wish I could have one bush like this ^_^

Yes, Kim, I'm surprised. I would expect to see a more spectacular hybrid or some elegant variety. But this is a nice surprise. Power to simplicity.

Delicious colors and textures, beautiful photos with an attractive soft light.
It's a very pretty rose - different from the many petaled ones we usually see. Such a delicate color, too.
