EBWorld Christmas In July Card

Hi again Elisabeth Bell Fans :)  

I made a Christmas Card for our "Christmas In July" challenge this month at EB World Challenge Blog.

I used the sweet sweet "Winter Emma" that Elisabeth made exclusively for SCACD!!  You can find her in the SCACD exclusive From the Vault File

Colored Emma and her kitty with Copics.  Added DecoArt glistening snow writer to trim on shirt (gave to coats to give the fluffy, thick, soft look)  and buttons on boots as well as earmuff band :)  Sugar Sparkly Fluff was placed on earmuff and added all over card and flowers to make it look like it is snowing.  Cut out image with SB Deckled Rectangle and matted with SB scalloped rectangle

Flowers and leaves are Prima assortment from my stash.  Diamond stickles glistened them up:)  Ribbon and lace finished the embellishments.  Merry Christmas was a stamp given to me from my Mom~~Thanks Mom!!!!:D

SCACD Friends with Heart DT Card

It's Tuesday and time for another SCACD Friends with Heart Challenge :D

Our challenge #13 this week is to make a Clean and Simple Card!!

All you have to remember is to use a stamp that Susana carries in the SCACD Store~~~easy enough seeing she has oodles of stamps~~YEAH!!!!

I made a Christmasy Card using "Snowflake Friends" stamp found HERE!!

Oh I Love this saying!!!

I usually add more detail to cards and when I decided what to make --it took me all of 20 minutes :) Kinda fun to create a card soooo very quickly~~And I really do like it!!!

Used navy speckled CS that I had in my stash.  Stamped Snowflake Friends Saying with White VersaColor ink.  Stamped stars are a Great Impressions stamp that I got from my Mom~~Thanks Mom :D  Other snowflakes made with Sizzix Snowflakes #15  and then topped with Sandylion snowflake stickers!!!   Super quick and easy!!!

Inside stamped using Inkadinkado stamp and same white versacolor ink.

SCACD Friends with Heart DT Card

Good Day Friends

Today is tuesday and time to join in more fun at SCACD Friends with Heart!!!  This weeks Challenge #11 is ~~"Summer Fun Theme"~~~ however you interpret :)
My card today has the cutest little girl with her puppy.  From the EB for SCACD Sampler Edition 1....meet Rian and her puppy!!  Oh soooo Sweet and Adorable!!!!

 Colored Rian with Copics and accented with Gelly roll white pen.  

Papers are Basic Grey Urban Prairie~~Click HERE to check out all the BG packs Susana carries!!  They are all delish:)  All the pearls on this card are made with the Wonderful Viva Decor Iced White Pearl Pen~~ {heart} these to pieces --cannot create without Viva Pens :D   Butterfly was cut from DP and given Viva Pearls too.

This view shows dimension of layers--very neat IRL!!!  Those gorgeous flowers are Wild Orchids as well as the Pink Heart Pin~~Perfect summer addition!!

SCACD Friends with Heart DT Card

Hello SCACD Friends!!!

I {heart}Tuesday's cuz...... it is the day for a new challenge with tons of fun at SCACD Friends with Heart Challenge Blog!!!

Our challenge #10 is a sketch 

New Month~~~New prizes!!!!

For June the Prize will be the Newly Released Natural Beauty Collection by Carmen Medlin for SCACD~~~you won't want to miss playing along each week to have a chance at these gorgeous stamps!!!  Remember for extra chances use a SCACD exclusive Stamp but any stamp that Susana carries in the SCACD store will get you a chance :)

This is my take on the sketch using Beach Bonita by VC for SCACD from the Sweet Meets Sassy Collection

I wanted to distress color with my copics :)  I chose Copics (V91, 93, 95 with W1, 3) and I do like the way it turned out :)  I wish my hair was this pretty and looked like this~oh wait not this color LOL~ In my era we all wanted the Famous Farrah Fawcett Hair--LOL.   Just love how the Viva Decor Iced white Pearl pen helped me make the string of pearls in her lovely hair!!! Susana has Viva in many colors and varieties~~Go and see!!

Papers are Paper Co. cardstock and MM vintage findings dp.  The ribbon is silver--kinda looks white in photo:)  Hearts made with SB heart nesties and the larger has a MM embossed metal heart. The littler hearts have an irock gem on them.  

Showing the shine of diamond glaze, pearl pen, ribbon and papers.

Inside:  the heart is a SB scallop with an epoxy heart sticker and a couple purple irocks.

SCACD Friends with Heart DT Card

It's Tuesday Friends!!!
I want to take a moment and thank all those who serve(d) our country for our freedom.  My sincere blessings to those families who lost loved ones in this honor!!

SCACD Friends with Heart has another fabulous challenge for you to enter!!!!  Challenge #9 is in Honor of Memorial Day (which was celebrated yesterday) here in the US~~ soooo we would like you to use stars on your creations!!!

I decided to use Forest Fairy by VC for SCACD.   So darling aren't they??  The background is shaded with a soft blue--can hardly see and then I used SU stars background stamp with yellow ink and added blue star crystal stickers also.  Sentiment is from my stash.  Colored image with copics; sparkled wings with Frosted Lace Stickles; used diamond glaze on eyes--spots on fawn--and larger yellow stars.  

Card made with White, blue and yellow Cardstock.  The yellow was embossed with SU Northern Flurry folder and then I inked raised design with versamark, sprinkled with Ranger holographic embossing powder and heat set.  See the sparkle below!!  Bow made with my Bow Easy and added a Paper Studio star.

The inside~~There is that cute little fairy again :D

A Terrific Tuesday is upon us with another fabulous challenge at SCACD Friends with Heart!!!

Our challenge for week #8 is...... Anything Goes using a SCACD stamp :)

Remember if you play along each week you may be the lucky ducky to win the entire EB Peekers Collection!!!

Now onto my card for this week~~~~

Meet "Flower Cheer" another EB for SCACD Beauty from the Winter Sampler Collection.  We have family birthdays every week in June :) Cake --cake-- and more cake--OOOooo will I be SWEETENED Up LOL!!

Colored Flower Cheer with Copics.  I also cut out her flower bouquet and 3D'd it before sparkling it with stardust stickles.  Cut out with SB circle and layered with gold doily and black SB scalloped octagon nestie--added few paper pearls with Viva Decor Rose paper Pen

Papers are BG Bittersweet pack on SU Black cardstock.  You must check out Susana's collection of BG paper packs~~They are Delish!!!  Softened edges of image with TH Fired Brick using a sponge.  HB sentiment is SU Well Scripted.  The fancy border in the middle was made with EK Success border punch.

Flowers~~Aren't they Gorgeous!!! Mix of Wild Orchid and others (not for sure what they all are) :0)

Added Branch leaves in white using MS punch.

Colored Scarlett Bonita with copics. Used diamond stickles on hairband and cameo pendant.  Softened background behind image with pink chalk. Layered upon SB Peony nestie.

Sentiment made with SU vintage labels, versamark pad and AC Zing white embossing powder.

Corners fancied with ProvoCraft sizzlit.

The dp is DCWV Mariposa stack~~~Gorgeous papers!!!

Hello SCACD Friends!!

Today is Tuesday and time for another SCACD Friends with Heart Challenge~~YIPPEE!!!!

Our challenge #6 is Paper Piecing and do remember to use a stamp that is carried in the SCACD Store :)

Isn't this ever so Precious!!!  This is EB's~~Bundle of Love for SCACD from the Winter Sampler Collection. Stamped with Memento tuxedo black ink.  Paper pieced her cute bunting with Kand Co dp and added MFT adornments to button and tassel :)  Softened stamped oval with TH spun sugar first and then darkened edges with TH Brown corduroy before layering on pink cs scallop oval with foam tape

Oh Yes~~A Baby Card!!!  Polka dotted paper is Colorbok which I punched with EK Success swirl punches.  Added MFT adornments to flower centers and inked edges with TH brown corduroy.  Baby is from AC thickers.  

Flowers are Wild Orchid and Prima blinged litely with stardust stickles.  Swirls made with Sizzix sizzlit die called Scribbles Swirls.

Another week has flown by and believe it or not it is MAY already!!

Time for another Fun SCACD Friends with Heart challenge.  This week "Anything Goes" as long as you use a stamp in the SCACD store~~Go HERE to find them.  Better yet is the prize Susana is offering for this month~~~Da Da Da Dah...................... The Fabulous Peekers Collection by EB~~How awesome is that!!!!!!!:D  So you are really really gonna want to play along :)

Now here is my card~~Featuring.....

Call Me!!! Found in The Retro Crew Collection by VC 

Stamped image with Versamark and heat embossed with Zing white embossing powder on SU Black CS.  The Verve sentiment was also heat embossed with Zing Rouge embossing powder. Love the shine it gives on the black cs :)  Finished "Call Me" by dazzling her shirt with silver glitter glue and the phone with red glitter glue.  Check out those Buttons~~Made with The Epiphany Crafts tool that Susana carries~~So fun to use --it let's you customize buttons to perfectly match.  

Used MS Modern Garland round the page punch.  Fiskars corner punch on dp.  EK Success punches for flower.  Sizzix branch w/leaves, PS gem and purse charm completes the arrangement. 

"Birthday Girl" sentiment was from LOTV set.

Accented with gelly roll white pen.  Fairy wings glitzed with Studio G peachy glitter glue and her stunning dress is SU Dazzling Diamonds Glitter~~Wha-sparkly alright!!  Pearls made with Viva Decor Cream Pearl Pen.

Stamped a second fairy who is watching over the other :) Isn't she just the SWEETEST!!!!

Make a Mother's Day Gift!!!
I made a keepsake box!!  There is so much beauty to this~~shaped like a Bible, made from cardboard and can hold many treasures :)

   Bought box at Hobby Lobby Craft Store~~painted with Viva Decor blackberry precious metal paint that I got at Susana's store~~Oh how I love this paint!!!--always covers with JUST ONE coat and shines Beautifully~~as you can see the shine back on the pics :D  Susana carries a bunch of different colors--see them HERE!!  

Colored SCACD Angel of Hope by EB with copics and created wings with a Marianne creatable die. 

The flower arrangement: Wild Orchid Roses and other flowers I got as gifts; Doily made with SB pendant; leaves and swirl made with marianne creatable dies and then dazzled with diamond stickles!!
