Happy Valentine's Day --- Getting Up Close with My Quilting

I was able to get several photos of this quilt from all angles on the front and back.

The backing is a grayish minkee fabric.

So soft and cuddly.

If I remember correctly, I believe this quilt was given to a young couple for a wedding gift. What wonderful gift!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Enjoy your day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

This morning we enjoyed our coffee in our Valentine Mugs.
Then it's off to work - quilt, quilt, and quilt.  Then I will take some time to play.
Just thought I would share a few hearts with you today.  These are my little quilts.

As you all know we make quilts and we give them away. Sometimes I make little quilts from the scraps. Then I will have a little quilt to keep.  These are two little quilts that I made from the scraps of baby quilts.

I quilted both of them with ribbon quilting with double hearts...
and finished them off with embroidery stitched binding.
Have a cup of coffee or some tea and enjoy your day!

Valentine's Day Breakfast - Looks like a QUILT to me !

Love the colors.  They would make a great quilt!

Thanks to Gwen and Jerry I had a colorful breakfast with the Valentine's candies, my oatmeal and fresh strawberries. The blue candy is chocolate covered blueberries combined with chocolate covered pecans and I added chocolate covered raisins and strawberries!  Oh and a little coffee to get me started on this bright and sunny Monday morning!

Happy Valentine's Day to all!

Note:  I did not eat Ritch's candy.  Although it was tempting!
