I strongly recommend it to non-geeks because it is using very detailed instruction wizards, but advanced users will also find this back-up tool quite useful -- it comes with a lot of interesting features such as a Clone Drive you can use to transfer a drive over to another or (my favourite) the ability to mount backup image files to a virtual drive and control the drive letter.
