Happy Birthday Girlfriend

Every year my best friend Chickie has a birthday. Chickie and I have been friends since kindergarten  and that is a long time, 50 years.  This is for Chickie....

I free handed the bodice (you can find templates on line) and ran it through a Spellbinders M- Bossabilities folder named Splendid.  The lace, flowers and leaves are Heartfelt Creations. The sentiment on the outside is from Crafty Secrets and the inside of the card is Heartfelt Creations.  I used Spellbinders  5 X 7  Matting Basics , Elegant Labels Four and Labels Four. The center of the flowers are Prills from USArt Quest with a pearl.  My ribbon is color ready ribbon from Close To My Heart which I dye with re-inkers.

...and Chickie loved her card.

Heartfelt Creations....Friends never say goodbye!

Today is my last post for the Heartfelt Creations Design Team. It has been a wonderful year on my journey. Heartfelt Creations  stamps, dies, beautiful papers and designers have never failed to inspire me.  Today I have two cards for you, one from the Sweet Juliet Collection and one from a few of my favorites.

When I get new stamps and dies I hold them at all different angles to see what I can see. Here a teacup is also a skirt or dress and a heart is also a bodice and look, a corner die is lace......

Please stop by the Heartfelt Creations blog for instructions and to see what the designers have for you.

Thank you so very much for your patronage.  As they say on the popular show, Duck Dynasty...she gone'

Heartfelt Creations Wednesday Inspiration Tag

Today I have for you a tag made using Heartfelt Creations stamps from the Sweet Juliet Collection. For the beautiful background on this tag I used the Acrylic Distress technique which can be found at Split Coast Stampers.  As you can see the flower spray in the Recovery Wishes PreCut Set is very versatile. I stamped it on the bottom of the tag up the sides and across the top. When you stamp  the flowers close they almost look like Wisteria vine.

Here is a close up  of the flowers on the tag.

Heartfelt Creations along with Scor Pal bring you a Belated Birthday Wishes

Today we are doing a cross promotion with Scor Pal. Please visit the Heartfelt Creations blog at www.heartfeltcreations.us/blog and the Scor Pal blog at http://scor-pal.blogspot.com/ Prepare to be blown away with all the amazing projects featuring   Scor Pal   and Heartfelt Creations  products.

Here it is  Wednesday time for  Heartfelt Creations Inspirations. It has been an interesting week.   We were without power for three days ( Thursday, Friday and Saturday).  I live in the country on a dirt road and have a well for water so when there is no electricity there is no water.   We were so happy when  the electricity came back on at 5:30 PM  Saturday. When things happen that are out of your control you just have to deal with it.  The worse thing that happened is that I was late with my weekly post but I had a  real good reason for being late on a project and that is not bad at all. How appropriate it seemed to make a Belated Birthday Wishes card.

Here is a list of Heartfelt Creations and Scor Pal products used  to create this  card with detailed instructions on how I used the Scor Pal and the  Scor Tape.

Heartfelt Creations Wednesday Inspiration something for everyone...

Hello it is Wednesday and if you have been following me you know that Wednesday brings Heartfelt Creations Inspirations.   I have three cards today all different styles using the wonderful coordinating paper collections, stamps  and dies from Heartfelt Creations.

This card would be great for  Mother's Day which is fast approaching.

I just love the look of the paper lace created with HCD 713 Decorative Lace Border Die. The lace fits perfectly over the top of the newly released  HCD 732 Decorative Flower Pot Die from the Balmy Breeze Collection.  For complete details and instructions visit the Heartfelt Creations blog.

My next card is clean and crisp and would be a great card for a man.

Notice that I colored the water closest to the Lighthouse a darker shade that is to show depth.  This was also created from the peaceful Balmy Breeze Collection.

Here is my third card a pretty purple butterfly..............

For this card I let the HCDP1 231 Posy Patch Paper Collection lead me. I used one stamp  from HCPC 3524 Butterfly and Bunny and I colored it the same colors as the paper collection, easy breezy.

Please stop by the Heartfelt Creations blog to see what the designers have created for you.

Thank you for your time.  Have a blessed day!

Heartfelt Creations Wednesday Inspirations more than just a card....

Happy  Heartfelt Creations Wednesday everyone. It is finally Spring like here in  Southeast Michigan and with Spring we get green grass and with green grass we get the cows in the pastures and that makes me think of my childhood days on the farm. Nothing is better then fresh ice cold milk from the milk can and warm cookies. That is the thought behind this card.  I thought that this would be nice to give with a plate of cookies or the cookie in the jar mixes or perhaps a box of chocolates.

I stamped the  Milk Can from  HCPC 3517 Busy Bee PreCut stamp set three times and colored it in then I made a few  HCPC 3303 Posy Patch Flowers. I used card stock and  I used the versatile Sunny Day Paper Collection to make both  my flowers and my leaves. The leaves were made from  HCPC 3410 Decorative Basket PreCut. The leaves and posy were cut with the coordinating dies found at Heartfelt Creations.

For the complete printable instructions visit the Heartfelt Creations blog.

This card would be great for upcoming Mothers Day. The flowers remind me of Zinnias. What do they remind you of?

For this card I used Kraft Paper and HCDP1 232 Balmy Breeze Paper Collection. I find it so nice not to have to decide on color combinations. With Heartfelt Creations paper collections the hard part is done. If  you desire to change up the colors then  customize the paper with your color pallet.

For detailed instructions please visit the Heartfelt Creations blog.

Thank you for stopping by and do stop by the Heartfelt Creations blog to see what the designers have made for you.

Heartfelt Creations tag you are it.

Today I have a tag for you. It is really easy for me to create with Heartfelt Creations stamps and coordinating dies.  I  used the Vintage Watering Can on this tag to show you  where the watering can sits at my place. It sits near my hanging flower baskets.  This hanging flower basket was made using the  Decorative Metal Fixtures Die a perfect weathered wrought iron basket and hanging pole. The background was made by sponging on Viva Decor 3D Stamp Paint  it has texture and a shimmer. I even sponged it on the Vintage Watering Can and the flowers show through so that I could color with markers. You can get the Viva Decor3D Stamp Paint at Heartfelt Creations along with your stamps and dies and that is as good as it gets.

For unbelievable inspiration from the HC designers stop at the Heartfelt Creations blog
