Zombie Girls

I started 2015 with some painting and the plan to paint one model per week. For now I'm on track with nine painted models within six weeks. So I'm ahead of my schedule. Awesome, let's see how long that stays this way. We had a few sun rays last during the last days and I took the opportunity to take some pics. So here are the five first models this year, some Zombettes. Picture quality is not the best due to poor sunlight but at least I'm speeding up again on hobby stuff.

Sporty Zeds

Zabadak commented on an eralier post from me mentioning themed Zombie sets from Cold War Minis and a few weeks ago my usual online shop had some of those on sale. So I bought the Highschool and the UK pack. Managed to get the first three finished. Finally my first non GW Zombies.

I'm ready for Apocalypse Z

It happened. I took time to do some modeling/painting again. And it felt good.
Finished my last two Zombie Game Mini Mes so now I have myself in various options of weaponry. Also I did some preperations for December, because something big is coming. Well "big" for my standards but I won't spoil anything yet. Gaming wise we did another round of Call of Cthulhu and it still doesn't get boring. I even started writing my own adventure for the group but I'm still in the eraly stage writing the main plot and drawing maps. Enough chitchat, here's the pic.

More Zed's

Got the next ten Zombies done. Basically they look the same as the first ten GW Zombies I already did with some added stuff to make some of them kind of special. First the normals.

Finally: Zombies!

Remember my post back in 2011? (Link) Funny thing with keeping projects on track. But now after about one and a half year of collecting dust the first ten Zombies got a repaint to match my survivors and to look less fantasy.

ATZ and me

So I got my hands on All Things Zombie - Final Fade Out these days. First of all because I like Zombies, and second because it's a game you can play alone. This may seem a little sad and weird but since I have no one around that is willing to play with me I have no choice to get my fix in any other way.
No pity needed I'm fine with that.
I'm half way through the book and it's pretty aweseome so far. Very different from what I have played in the past but in a good refreshing way. The thing I like probably the best are the many tables to roll on. I like rolling on tables. Randomness for the win!

Paper scenery

I had the question where those paper cars are from so I'm gonna give you some links today from where I found some pretty cool stuff.

First there's a Blog named Papermau (link). Here you can find new paper stuff daily. Most isn't useful for tabletop but there are few good things from time to time. It's worth a look.

The other big site is Ninjatoes papercraft weblog (link). Similar to the blog above but with much more useful stuff like cars, busses etc etc. It has even a linkpage where you can select categories you want to search (link)
The cars I built are from a webpage from russia called Vladsity (link). I printed them in 80% size and that seems to fit perferct for 28mm models.

If you have some more links regarding that topic please share them with me in the coments below.

Cheers

These are their Bases, which are the only parts that are already finished.

Zombies unleashed

I been very lazy the last two weeks and did nearly nothing model related except of gaming. The Zombies are still laying at the same place like last week and Bob is still in his Blister. I blame Ezio Auditore da Firenze. To give you something to look at during my period of laziness I have a picture that we took during one of our last games.

Zombies on sticks

Between finishing God of War 3 and starting Dead Space 2 I did the first steps on the Zombie makeover. Can't believe I really keep on track.
