Last weekend, we celebrated my friend LaDonna's 30th Birthday by going clubbing at Bimbo's - sounds pretty sleezy, right??? Actually, we went there to see "Tainted Love." They are a band that covers 80's songs. A bunch of us girls went and rocked out to songs like "Video Killed the Radio Star," "Heartbreaker," and "Like a Virgin."
It was so much fun, but there were a few intersting moments as well. To name a few: the cocktail straw Michelle found in her hair, the numerous times alcohol was thrown on us, the psycho guy that would not leave Mithona alone, and the nastly couple that kept grinding up on all of us! I especially loved the dirty look Nadine would give any boy that came near her! Fun times! I totally recommend going to see this band if they come to a city near you!
