♥ Christmas Poinsettia Tag ♥

Hello. Only 124 days until Christmas! It will be here before we know it! So, today, I'm sharing a Christmas tag I made with some new dies from the A Charming Christmas Collection by Amazing Paper Grace for Spellbinders. The Cinch and Go Poinsettia Etched Dies are super easy to use. And they make the prettiest poinsettias!  I made these flowers in about 5 minutes. They look great in red, white, pink, yellow, etc!

I am also using the Sentimental Christmas Stamp and Die Set as well. LOVE this set!! I added some tiny foam dots under the inner scroll frame for some added dimension. And that Holly and Berries charm is too sweet!

You can find all of Becca's gorgeous dies Here!

Have a fabulous day!

♥ Simon Says...Tag You're It! ♥

Hello there! We have a new challenge starting today at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! This week's challenge is...To create a tag and/or use a tag on your card!

The Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Ranger. I used several different Ranger products on my tag. I started with a Distress Mixed Media #8 Tag. I added some color to it by spraying some Milled Lavender, Iced Spruce and Vintage Photo Distress Stains on it. I then stamped the Painters Supplies Stamp and The One Stamp by Tim Holtz in Walnut Stain and Black Soot Distress Inks.

I then added some Clear Rock Candy Crackle Paint over the tag and while still wet added some Peeled Paint, Broken China and Antique Linen Distress Glitter. I added the same inks and glitter to the die cut SSS Butterfly. I then added some Distress Grit Paste to the tag and butterfly. I finished off the tag with some pearls, lace trim and seam binding ribbon.

And don't forget, the super sweet and generous Heidi will give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!

Hello. First, I just want to say thank you for all of the comments, emails and cards I received. I really appreciate all of your kind, sweet and comforting words. And a big thank you to Heidi. I loved the beautiful book that you sent me. So uplifting. Thank you. ♥
Now onto the new challenge from the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog! It's every one's favorite....ANYTHING GOES!
And the Simon Says DT are showcasing products by Ranger! So much goodness there, that's for sure!! I used several different Ranger products for my tag. I first started by cutting my own tag out of some Distress Cardstock by Tim Holtz. Then using my Mini Round Ink Blending Tool, I added some different color inks to my tag starting with the darkest color on the bottom and working up to the lightest. I used the following inks...Broken China, Tumbled Glass, Peeled Paint and Squeezed Lemonade. I then added some Walnut Stain Ink to the edges of the tag and some Milled Lavender Ink to the butterfly. Then I gave a little spray of some Tumbled Glass and Bundled Sage Distress Spray to the tag. The seam binding ribbon was also sprayed with the Tumbled Glass Distress Spray as well.

The sentiment is from the Tim Holtz Good Thoughts Cling Stamp Set. I also used the Bubble Stencil by Tim Holtz. The Texture Paste I used is by Ranger as well as the White Opal Liquid Pearls.

The die cut butterfly is the Chrissy Butterfly Die by Simon Says Stamp. I also some Moonshine sequins by SSS, May Arts Natural Twine, some assorted Prima flowers and ruler trim.

And don't forget, the super sweet and generous Heidi will give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!

♥ 25 Days of Christmas Tags ♥

The super fabulous Tracey McNeely is having her Annual 25 Days Of Christmas Tags event again this year! It's the 5th year she has done this! There are so many inspirational Christmas tags from some pretty amazing designers. And not to mention the amazing prizes being given out! You can check them out every day at her blog, In My Creative Opinion!

Today, Simon Says Stamp is sponsoring! So I made a multi tag-in-one Christmas Chalkboard tag using some amazing products by Simon Says! I started by die cutting a piece of black cardstock in the largest die and smallest die from the Spellbinders Labels Twenty Dies and I also die cut a piece of thick acetate using the large die as well. I inked all of the edges using the Simon Says Stamp White Ink Pad. I punched a hole in the top of each "tag" and tied them together using some ruler ribbon and twine.

Next, I used the super sweet Snowflake Banner Die by Simon Says Stamp. I added lots of Heidi Swapp White Marquee Love Chunky Glitter and some pearls. The stamped sentiments are from the Simon Says Big Scripty Greetings Holiday Clear Stamp Set.

You can see the Simon Says Stamp Sponsored Post HERE on Tracy's Blog! ;)

Hope you have an amazing and creative day!
