About Indifference

ELDER TALK

It is lost today how important it was for these individuals (Nat King Cole, Sammy Davis Jr., Ella Fitzgerald, and other prominent Negroes) to be in the public eye, and why their behavior was, and had to be above reproach.

Prior to the assumptions of these times we tend to make about 20th century, Negroes had to be above reproach at every level of their lives to be above average, and successful in the white world. White people's general assumptions and convictions about Black people were carved into stone, and the preservation of our integrity, and race pride were profoundly important to us. In addition, being killed by white folks, and judged by low evaluation standards made daily life a strategic operation. The sophistication it took to work, and live in those times did not have the assumptions of present day belief structures today's youth seem to embrace.

Black and white kids today believe the lies, the misrepresentation of their histories, and undisciplined where they should be disciplined these young people tend to believe racial equality has occurred without work, or input on their part, or collectively. A deeply felt "Oh, shit!" moment is what they need to wake up from the slumber of their childhood, and what their childhoods failed to introduce them, and prepare them to become!

I can think of, and share a number of things, and expand their worlds in this medium, or in their presence, but I have learned the number of students is but a handful hard to attract. One need not cast pearls to swine. If there is hunger there is want. If there is need there is a seed. If there are seeds to plant the land will ask. If someone wants to die let them die.

These are my words.

"Man can resist what he has never had, yearn for what he does not need, and man can fall into traps that appear otherwise. The scent of certain women lessens internal strength, and is smug enough to believe in its power over an ideal of purity. Advise in ideals is to resist the devil and he shall flee from you has no validity in a person unpracticed in developing his/her intellect, deepening the soul's convictions, or acquainted with death, in the sense of dissolving illusions. Otherwise, it is a quaint saying. . ." ~ Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 12/10/18

WHEN WE AWAKEN: Be Firm To Affirm.

"Some things are just average, other things are spellbinding!"

Adventure has its mystery wrapped in what evolves within the soul engrossed in adventures. The few who do have adventures explore. It is the exploration that designs the journey. In the U.S. women can find reasons not to explore. Those who do follow their impulses create engaging forces that have to travel. In the end of each story are people who resent adventurous spirits.

"Do not let their voices divide your impulse," said the old to the young. ~ Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 12/20/18

TERROR

In American mythology nudity, speed, sound, movement suggest the dangers of American life can be controlled on a motorcycle. It is all in the dream of white American manhood...

The actor, James Dean, amongst other young white men, famous for their fashionable aloofness, their rebellious attitudes, set the tone of disenchantment with the 'Establishment' (as expressed in the 1960's). Motorbikes were symbols of rebellion since the 1950's, and into the 1970's as the myth of white disenchantment became more and more violent until organization skills turned motorcycle gangs into business aligned with the mythology, and value system of colonization, conquest and terror their ancestors invested in and employed.

The recycling of ideologies is composed to continue to stir violence in white American blood. Donald Trump is deeply intuned to its byproducts, its presence and his duty to white Americans, and their sense of global dominance.

"Women in the 1970's were from the previous decade where the gift they gave their daughters originated from. Unappreciative today, white women are repeating themselves in their fights for baffling reasons. 1970's white women like this had a freer tone in their voices. The all woman aspect in their carriage promised to further explore what that meant. Historical fears blocked a lot of that . Today, fearful of white men white women hesitate." ~ Gregory E. Dancing in a mint pirouette midi skirt from fall collection by Shabby Apple.
face of an older woman who has lived. when many awaken to old age they realize their bodies, and their faces tell stories; have told stories or is a reference for young women needing guidance. plastic surgery is fear, the mask of fear people pay for. afraid of death their angst is their denial, their denial a form of death hastening the process. fear of old age is a lack of power, and successfully keeps clarity a distance away from the substance that holds the sacred circle.

Quiet is stillness. There is movement in stillness. The Hunter is meditative in the stillness required. The perspective of those hunting is to listen to the calm in the air not altered by the fear from the hunted. These are subtle elements in the dangerous game played to remain in existence. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 12/22/18

Not every tool is needed in the enforcement of law. Pepper spray is not an essential tool protecting life, or restraining dark forces. Impeccability is the element and knowing subtle things about perception as power commands, and controls intent...

The presence within Beauty is the soul seeing itself for what it is worth at the time. In deep moments of doubt Beauty grows into the places sorrowing for comfort in the places isolation, or indifference can place a soul, at times in one's lifetime.

"How will we die?" moments like this will ask sometimes. "How will we live after revived by Beauty?" is another question asked in stillness. On the other hand, or other side of the equation, Darth Vader's feminine side, may look like this. It is a profound thing to ponder. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 12/23/18

IN the Hebrew Mystery Teachings...

Simple the innocent conceptual feel of worth within the ease of Kalisy touching the guardian within a real man. It is a flow easily received if held honestly within the poetry of soul. How a finger touches fragrance tells a woman about a man. How she touches him in reciprocation whispers into the essential purpose of man with woman. Eve fed Adam a forbidden fruit. Fully aware of what the loss to his world would feel like he broke the law he knew, and ate of the forbidden fruit. Loss of a woman is worth the risk to her man's soul is the testimony of this Hebrew story. He had reacted badly to his first wife's spirit, and to lose another was unbearable. Unbearable was the punishment he and Eve suffered banished from the Garden of Eden.

Only in the Book of Adam and Eve is the texture of loss told, and felt by anyone not there to experience their ordeal in the aftermath of their disobedience... - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 12/06/18

"What is tragic is the freedom claimed is vulnerable to conservative politics seeped in the tradition of thought from the history of Europe! It is a mistake not to know this history, or these historical connections interlocked in our present state of affairs. It is not about red or blue states, or conservative Republicans and liberal Democrats; it is from the annals of European histories we need to focus upon for insights and revelations from the 'why?' question not studied. Anything else is weak, structurally undermining the very tenor, and strength of what makes this Democracy work as well as it has despite its gross contradictions!" - Gregory E. Complexity of thisThought Process.

Tiffany Haddish appeared at The New York Film Critics Circle.

"A lady is defined by attributes that contribute to the notion and process involving the total self becoming balanced and full of the Life given by the Creator to be a woman in the deep spheres of feminine energies. That is one definition. Apparently, in American life, masculine hued femininity is the closest proximation to safety a woman can embrace. For a man, like me, such a choice is understandable, but disappointing. I grew up with ladies. My mother was a lady, as are the aunts I grew up with. So, I know the difference intuitively because it is an essence, not a political statement that carries integrity and dignity. In addition, feminine energy was designed to be balanced by masculine energies. . ."

There Are Wives, and There Are Wives!

A dark mysterious woman needs to be her story.
But, it is from birth mystery starts its procedure.

Middle age wives make deeper the experiences. What they know they translate with skill directly penetrating to the soul, into the meat of their marriages. There is an honesty in the right woman made wife to a man. It keeps the store of ideas and wants and the need to please under careful understanding. If a husband is to be one of purposes outside the scheme of merely existing she must herself be capable of shifting great amounts of energies into various places, with practiced skills, into her husband! It is a priestess at work.

I am purposefully clear about these things, but many outside of maturity and unskilled beyond say, their lower chakras, have no real value beyond chatter and compliance to roles given. They would think I was vague intentionally. I am not. Depth is not the place to teach the simple. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories [July 6, 2018]

prayers run deep in every moment of vulnerability.

eyes of model 菓子 by Andy Liu. September 2018.

What caught my eye was what a viewer asked. He want to know 'wuz up with her eyes?' My response was simple, on one level.

"What are you seeing? Probing question a man should ask of youth. If you look closer, the question innocence asks of itself, and of the possibility of losing or compromising innocence, you will be startled. It is a disturbing look, but is all around us. It is not that there is something wrong in the eyes; it is what is in the eyes? That is the question! That is start of the line of questions grandfathers should, and many do, pose to their grandsons. . ." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 10/07/18

the Unknown is What We Don't Acknowledge.

Hello by Pixoeil Normandy.

Introspection evolves around stillness the way stillness requires attentiveness to surface within a person learning to learn from themselves about the worlds within them. It isn't a revolutionary process; it is transformative within the quiet of Being.

"Who am I alive?" is a question to ask in these moments of knowing. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 9/29/18

Introspective Giorgia by Nino Sanfilippo.

"Beautiful women, who command are more easily misunderstood as being powerful because drawing attention to themselves by the force of their essence can be disguised as vanity, or self-absorption by any number of men, unable to see beyond need, or lust. It is distracting the illusion of Beauty, but enforced as a presence in the Medicine teachings; it becomes a tool, a shield, and a weapon!..."
