Egg Drop

Steven had a school project where he had to create something to hold an egg so it wouldn't break when it was shot by a balloon launcher.  he ended up using a small box and bubble wrapping the egg inside.  It worked!  His egg didn't break!

 His box is in the middle of the picture (right below the ball), this is where it landed after being launched.  

We filmed the wrong one, this isn't Steven's but it gives the idea of the balloon launcher.

Halloween 2017 and Baby Ethan

Our Halloween 2017 got off to an exciting start!  Very early morning hours our new nephew Ethan was born!  He came a couple of weeks early.  What a sweet boy!

Our traditional trip to visit Grandma Hill.  We happened to be there the same time as Cindy's family

Then to my parents' for dinner and the cousins went trick or treating together.

And we got one more picture of baby Ethan from Nathan with the text "He does have eyes!" since I guess he had his eyes closed in all his previous pictures.

And then in the next day or two Karl and I went to see him in the hospital. 

 Can you tell I am 6 weeks away from having my own baby!  ;)
