One Saturday in June we wanted to go to Cornish and Hyrum to see the graves of my great grandparents and some of our other ancestors. We went with my parents so my mom could point out the important sites.

I think this was the home of my great great grandparents (mom feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). My grandmother was born here!
This is the cemetery in Cornish. It is way out in the middle of nowhere. But it is a beautiful well kept cemetery.
The sprinklers were going which my kids thought was great.
This my great great grandmother. She was killed when some kids were playing outside the house with a gun and it went off and she was the house and hit and killed. My great grandmother (her daughter) was terrified of guns as a result and understandably so.
This was my great great grandfather. Stories about him were legend in my family.

This is the grave of my grandma's baby sister Helen who died before she was 3 of pneumonia

Ola Nilsson Liljenquist. He was the one on this line who originally joined the church and immigrated over (I think from Sweden).

We had a great trip to Cornish (where great grandma L's family came from) and Hyrum (where great grandpa L's family came from). We stopped for lunch at Wendy's on the way home.
