American Flag Card

Hi There,
Come on over to The Robin's Nest Blog and I will show you how to make an American Flag with Diamond Dew Drops.  It's super easy to do and even though I used the flag to embellish a card, I think the flag would look fabulous on a patriotic scrapbook layout as well.  Three cheers for the Red, White, & Blue!  The complete step by step tutorial is HERE.

July Challenge - Distressed Patriotic Flowers

I was inspired to try a diagonal color blocked distressed background based on the patriotic mood board. This is my submission for the Creative Embellishments July Challenge.  Visit HERE to be inspired by the mood board.

The Artistic Stamper's July Creative Challenge is "Distress it!"
It can be interpreted any way you like, as long as it has rubber stamps on it.   As always, there will be candy for one randomly picked entrant The winner will receive a stamp of their choice from The Artistic Stamper. More guidelines to enter can be found HERE.

My second card was made be tearing strips to create a flag like background.  The lasso made of baker's twine give it a hint of wild west flavor.
