Homemade Lunch of the Year- Creamed Corn, Chicken & Rice Casserole AND A&W Cream Soda... I have been staying home for coming up on a year now and I've never had a homemade lunch like this (granted it was leftovers but I normally don't eat leftovers)!! I think this lunch deserves an award!! While is doesn't sound healthy it is definitely delicious!! These are three of my favorite things and 100x better than what I normally have for lunch i.e. Corndogs, Top-A-Ramen, Grilled Cheese, Cheese Quesadilla you name what you ate in college and I probably have it for lunch now!! I need to eat like this more often!8-30-2010
