Ornament Packaging

Hello Peeps!!

Popping in here quickly to show you a couple of small gift boxes I whipped up to hold a couple of little ornaments I found at Target this year.

I used the envelope punch board to make theses.

I do have to say I wasted a few sheets of cardsock figuring out the right size, I need to use some cheap paper when experimenting. But anyway!! LOL!!

I figured out after making one that I needed a way to close my little box and decided a belly band would be the best choice.

I used the Sweetly Stitched Framelits for the tree and star.

All the DSP is from the All is Bright pack.

The sentiment is from the Making Christmas Bright stamp set.
You can see the cute little ornament in the above and below pic.

Making Spirits Bright

Happy Saturday Peeps!!

Today I am sharing a I made using the sketch at Create with Connie and Mary.

Well, it was my inspiration and this is what you
get when try to you make the card from memory.

I didn't look back at the sketch until I was almost done
and mine is not an exact match, but close.

My card base is Real Red and the DSP on here is from the All is Bright pack.
I matted he green DSP piece with some Call Me Clover card stock.

I love the traditional colors in this pack.
Frankly I have been pretty obsessed with the Detailed Deer Thinlits,
that I have neglected my other stamps, this snow man set in paticuliar.

Spirited Snowmen is the name of the set, and I have barely used it.
I stared by stamping this guy onto some scrap thick whisper white card stock using black stazon.
I used my Wink of Stella and ink pads to color him.
He has such a shimmer, it is cute IRL, but doesn't show in my pic.

I fussy cut him out and added him to my die cut circle with a few dimensionals.
The Circle is also added to the card wih dimesionals
The sentiment is from the Making Christmas Bright stamp set.
I added a red twine bow and a few little rhinestones.

Thanks for coming by today!

May Your Christmas be Bright

Hello peeps!

Today I am sharing a couple of cards I made using the set, Making Christmas Bright.

This is such a fun set and it has with a matching punch for the bulbs.

The challenge this week at Stamps, Ink Paper Challenge.
is to use your punches.

I made the card on the right first:

I stamped the wreath with pear pizzazz and the sentiment with Daffodil Delight and Real Red.
I used my mini misti, and that allows me to stamp a few times over the same image to achieve a darker color. The bulbs are done wih Real Red and Pear Pizzazz. I added a silver top to the bulbs.

The DSP is from a couple of retired Christmas packs and also a piece from the Festive Farmhouse pack.

This is the second card I made with this set.
I had to try my hand at a bit more rustic card, which is my fave style at the moment.

I used a base of Crumb Cake card stock, Cherry Cobbler card stock and DSP from both the Festive Farmhouse and Wood Textures pack.
I added some twine and rusty jingle bells.

Which do you like best?

I would love to hear from you, drop me a comment or an e-mail.

Thanks for stopping by!
