Lotstodo Challenge - Tags

I created this double canvas for the Lotstodo Challenge where this week the theme is TAGS. I painted both canvasses with black gesso then whilst wet sprinkled on some rock salt. When they were dry i put on some gold rubb n buff here and there. It makes the rock salt look a little like gold nuggets :):) I then made my tags using masks, inks and stamps. I finished off the whole thing with the lettering which I'd cut from a sheet of Tim's background papers, mounted on to cardboard and inked. The canvasses are joined together with bookmakers cotton binding attached with my super new stapling machine.

The canvasses are for a friend who is busy creating her first very own craft room - hope she likes them

Altered box

Shairon kindly sent me a bind it all wire that I was in desperate need of - the wire came in this lovely sturdy box. I liked the pattern on the box so all I did was some stamping on tissue which I added then some direct to box stamping - inked the edges and now have a real strong container for my large brushes and rulers - thanks Shairon

Block Art

A little block art I did today - I covered my wood with Adirondack dye ink - stamped my image on to card and added it - painted some tees (Graeme won't miss them I hope) with Granite paint and pushed them in along with a curly wire. I finished off by adding the word and edging all round with the granite paint

UK Stampers - Water Colour

The theme this month on the UK Stampers atc swap hosted by Sam is water colour - all my atc's are the same so I've just posted one.

I used dye inks and water on to water colour paper for my stamping - then my water brush and whispers pens for filling in. I finished off by using my corner rounder and then mounted on to mountboard again using corner rounder. I then edged with Krylon pen
